on 4/3/24 at 1:08:56pm order my drink, I was busy I couldn't do "small talk" with the lady that was attending drive thru that day, I think she was in training...any ways, she was trying to make small talk, but I was busy, I guess she got mad and I didn't pay attention until I drove off and noticed the cup felt light and when I open the lid it was half empty.... from now on I'll check my drink every time I go into a drive through or I'll just order in advance just to avoid that person. I hope a supervisor noticed this review and check the date and time so they have an idea who that person is.

I received an "advisory" about using the app. Apparently I didn't give them enough time between ordering online and picking up my drink, lol. I'm just trying to order a couple overpriced sugary drinks folks. If there's a gripe with how your application works, please take that up with your company, not me. Also it was a slow time in the drive through, and there were three baristas just standing around,so come on guys. Someone over there needs to put on their thinking cap and provide some guidance.

I recently visited the 12th Ave. Starbucks in Nampa, Idaho, and my experience left much to be desired. Not only did it take a while for them to answer the drive-through speaker, but the Starbucks associate who assisted me was rather disrespectful. I had placed a mobile order, and when I reached the speaker, he asked me to speak up in a way that felt dismissive. It seemed like there was a lack of understanding that ordering online and at the drive-through should be equally convenient. Other customers placing orders at the drive-through were treated differently. Frankly, I’ve received better service and coffee at McDonald’s. The overall experience, from delayed response times to the attitude, left me feeling disrespected. I hope for better communication and consistency in the future.

My visit was lovely. It was a rare occasion to purchase coffee here. I didn't know to get my coffee at the other counter. This is a bit too expensive for my budget. I did see some great gift ideas while waiting.

Im leaving a one star review but its so bad that I would rate it a zero but I cant they don't call out your name when your drink is done and just let it sit there. They barley add any caramel to your drink. They don't know how to make coffee correctly.

Like tbis Starbucks as it has everything. People are so nice and helpful....Venti mocha frap, no whipped cream, extra swirl of chocolate on top. Lemon cake is always fresh and good.
