Pretty loyal customer to this location. I probably won't be back. I did a online order and got a email that my meal was ready went to pick it up but had no luck. They didn't have it ready. Had to pull it up on my phone but I was going to be late for work and left. Probably a computer glitch but I won't be back. App won't do a refund so I'll stop again just to do this.

I have been to this subway multiple times and it is the only location to give me any problems and has done so numerous times. This most recent time I made a mobile order, showed up when it was expected to be done on the app. The doors were locked and they had a sign stating they were temporarily out of bread. The app charged my card as they confirmed me as picking up the sandwich. I called them numerous times that night and this morning and they would let it ring for minutes on end, answer, then immediately put me on hold. I plan on disputing the charge with my bank but I just find it odd they will not even answer their phone line. In the past I had out of about 4 orders, 2 incorrect, and one noticeably worse tasting sandwich.

This is the best Subway in Nampa, if not the best I have ever visited.The employees are engaging as they will have a polite conversation, like how's your day going, while making your order. The store and parking lot are clean. Even the ingredients seem fresher than the others in the area.Even though there are two other locations closer to my home I will gladly go out of my way to visit this store from now on.

Friendly staff, very fast at making the sandwiches and quality gets a 10/10. This store was clean and up kept. Tables cleared, no crumbs or liquid spills. All utilities were shining. The staff need a raise for keeping this store up kept

They do not accept there own coupons. Literally drove past this location to another to get a sandwich. Tried to call in it rang forever and then went to a fax.
All kinds of adds talking about BoGo and this place doesn't participate.. Done with subway and sandwiches that I can make for a third of the cost..

I brought my mother to the restauraunt at 4:14 we waited 6 minutes while one employee was preparing an order already placed. Two other employees were discussing a personal issue between them. When the other order was paid for the working employee came over to empty the ovens, after 2 more minutes the trays of bread were transferred to a cooling station. At this point I tried to order but was told I would have to wait a few minutes until the bread had cooled or I could have my sandwich on some really burnt bread they had available. My ten minute or so sojourn into trying to purchase late lunch for mother and myself ended when we were told we could go somewhere else if we didn't want to wait further. So we tried to dine in but were unable to.
