The Sunrise offers a classic diner atmosphere. Clean restaurant, great friendly service, and food is top notch! I'm usually pretty picky about all of the above, and this place exceeded my expectations! Try their crispy chicken mushroom and swiss sandwich! You won't be disappointed. ?

It's dirty , it's like a blast from the past . Same seats and tables the restaurant had 25 years ago . (My opinion) Like grandmas dated house that refuses to update or remodel anything . I wish the south side of nampa had some better restaurants

I have been eating here since its competition has a parking lot with major potholes. This place which is always busy on Sunday needs some upgrading. The atmosphere is so old and outdated. Cracked upholstery on benches not to mention the restrooms. The servers are so busy that as often as I am there and as often as they see me, they fail to even greet me as I find my own chair at the counter. I wait way too long for service as do the other people standing at the entry. I suppose that they are still in business because there are so few other places to eat. Whomever the owner is, needs to do some major updating to the 21st century so he can compete or I will cross it off my list as a place to eat after church on Sundays. Word Western is misspelled at the bottom of this page. Doors should be wheelchair accessible. I'm sad to write this, but come on now clean up your restaurant!!!! Make it inviting and hire additional staff.

The service was slow and the food was less than favorable. The corn beef and egg sandwich was very good, but the grilled chicken salad fell flat. The chicken did not appear to be grilled. The main issue was they were vacuuming all around us while we were trying to eat. It was in the middle of the day, but it felt like we were being rushed.
