My husband went through the drive through and ordered 3 soft tacos and the cantina meal box. The lady read it back to him correct but gave him wrong food. He got home and it was all wrong. He called and the manager said well that's what she put in and that is the food you got so we won't fix it.. so we paid for food we didn't order and they won't fix it. Horrible customer service to say the least.

The drive through speaker is difficult to hear do to it being next to the road. We pulled ahead after placing our order because if this. When we got to the window the associate yelled at my wife for pulling forward before the associate was done talking to her through there PA system. She then aggressively handed her the food and said in a very cynical manner “ you’re welcome!” .

My husband came in march 26 around 7:50pm. He had noticed one of the men working that has a beard decided to itch his face, not replace his gloves, and wash his hands, but proceeded to keep making food. My husband told him to remake our food. Because he knows how the food industries should be. On top of that, That food is fresh because my husband made so. But what other customers behind me we’re not delivered fresh food.

The food is always good.The lobby is always empty when I dine in.I like the self order tablets.HoweverEverytime I dine in the manager is yelling at the staff to the point I'm worried he's going to turn on me.... the staff look so stressed that you'd think their was a curtain rod built into their uniforms....Vegetarian options: You can replace any meat items with beans.

If they run out of ground meat, they just say upgrade to steak.... and no other option given.....say hey we will give you beans as substitution. saying nothing good about them.Take it or leave it attitude. Smdh
