I went in the other day and one of the young men on front smelled so bad. It literally hurt my nose so bad. I’ve seen him a few times too, and every time he smells so bad. I know that’s offensive but if customers can smell you from behind the counter, there’s a problem.The food is good, always fresh. Dining room is usually clean, same with the bathrooms.My only complaint is, I seem to have bad luck. Because every time I come in, that kid is working. I can’t even stand to look at him long enough to look at his name tag because he smells so bad. As a past fast food employee, I feel bad for the other employees around him. He just stinks so bad and I hope this review gets to the owners because it’s honestly a problem.

Never gotten my order right. Simple Sausage egg and cheese biscuit! Never get the egg or cheese. Don't waste your time.

We did 23 minutes for one sandwich. One order of fries and 1 drink fries were cold. Sandwich was missing the cheese. There was only one person ahead of me who also did not have very much. There was nobody in the drive through as Well. No, excuse not to have fresh food and quicker. Service will not return to this location if I could give a zero I would

Always forgetting items in my mobile orders and not following instructions. Have had to go back multiple times to have order redone.
1:15 pm, 6 cars in drive through behind us 2 people sitting inside... we wait and wait for the lady to come back on the speaker. Finally my husband says "Hello?" I told him to be patient and he looks out the window and says there are 6 cars behind us now. That's when two women came across the speaker yelling at us about how they are short staffed and they are only people too... I was appalled. We would have understood that if they had just said that in the first place. People need to communicate!!! We just left!

There needs to be a class action lawsuit filed against Wendy's for their blatantly false advertising of their "Biggie" Bag meals. Their advertisements make it appear that their "Biggie" burgers are huge when they are actually about one tenth the size of the burger in their advertisements. I just wasted $7 on a pathetic excuse for a meal that wouldn't feed a toddler. This "Biggie" Bag is a Biggie BUST as far as I am concerned. The so-called double stack burger is smaller than a Burger King Jr. and less meat that a chicken wing. The fries are awful - and that's a polite way of putting it. Not to mention the fact that there are only a handful of them. It will be a cold day in Hell before I ever set foot in ANY Wendy's again. If Wendy's "goal" is to make sure that people STOP coming to their restaurant then their plan is definitely working. I know I'm never going back.

What is the big flipping problem of NOT having chocolate Frosty? 8 times out of 10 ...no chocolate!!! ?????
Ordered loaded nacho chicken sandwich and baked potato. They had no potato's and gave me a loaded nacho hamburger instead of chicken. Staff offered to replace baked potato with whatever fries I wanted.
