It literally took 15 minutes for 4 of us to order from the ridiculously lagging kiosk. The food was disappointing especially since I haven't been there in years. And my frosty was half melted when it came to me.

Great people, great service man. Explosive energy. Active. Kind. They joked around with me and kept me company while waiting for my food, and even helped recommend their favorite meals. I took their advice and walked out happy. I was in no way obligated to do this review, I just felt that they treated me so well and respectfully that I felt a review was necessary… keep in mind, I never do reviews. That visit was the 1st visit since that Geographical area was redesigned, thought out and recreated! I will say: I remember the way that area was " before the transformation took place ". Because, That's where my previous former girlfriend's grandfather lived in his great single wide home dwelling. in the 90's! In that exact spot!Parking: At 1st glance; there was plenty. But when we went inside: the seating were not equal to parking spots.Kid-friendliness: The seating booths were child friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: The door was not A.D.A. compliant along w seating positions. For me, my life partner; I managed!

The lobby was kinda gross and the menu options recently changed. I was content ordering my food at the kiosk but they made me order at the register. Not the best experience, especially because I drove in from out of state (we don't have a wendys in my area anymore).

If I could leave no stars I would. When my daughter asked for a happy meal instead of a kids meal the lady taking our order had a break down said it wasn’t McDonald’s and that she is tired of people. When told it wasn’t that big of a deal was asked to leave. I called and spoke to the GM after the fact was told to go ahead and leave a bad review. As a human we all make mistakes we all have bad days it does not entitle anyone to speak to people the way this girl spoke to us. We won’t be going to another Wendy again. Hope the GM sees the bad review since he told me to leave it. Don’t go here unless you ready to be very perfect.

I came in today with my three kids and my niece and nephew. In the chaos of picking up our order I dropped a frosty and a fry on the ground. I was embarrassed. The employees cleaned it up and even brought me a new frosty and fries without me even having to ask. Little kindnesses like this mean so much! Thank you!
