Got the food. But I also ordered a side of gravy and once again, I paid and didn't get it. Y'all really need to start paying attention to the orders A LOT better. This has happened to me alone for more than 10 times.

This is our 2nd time going through the drive thru at his location. The employees don’t pay attention at all, we didn’t receive half our food, any utensils, no straws for our drinks and no cups for our big drink. They handed us our food and said “have a good day” and shut the window. We had to sit and wait to even get someone’s attention to get our drinks because the employees just didn’t care.

seriously over priced, prices on the order board in the drive through do not reflect what you are charged. almost doubled at the window. Outrageously priced fast food, sorry but i could go to olive garden instead and get far better food for those prices. over 50 dollars for 12 pieces of chicken tenders and one thing of potatoes and one thing of cole slaw. I wont bother to return again.

They have completely messed up our order 4 times, and this is the last time we're going to try! We waited 30 minutes for our food for 3 people just to find out that the order was lost from the system. Other customers there at the time were also waiting half an hour. The employees there are clueless!

Waited 25 minutes for my food and watched as the 3 people that ordered after me got their food before me. My food was cold and because I had to wait soo long I only had 20 minutes to eat before I had to go to work. Completely unimpressed.

This location is hit or miss 9 times out of 10 they will forget something in your order, or it will be cold...I literally cringe every time my Wife suggests KFC in Pocatello...And ive literally stood at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting to order food LITERALLY no other customers in the restaurant...Finally walked out the side door to Subway!!!

I went to the drive thru at 8pm. The store is open until 10pm. I ordered an breast meal in crispy. I was given original. I ordered a side of fries and a side of brown gravy (as I hate ketchup). I was given mashed potatoes and a side of brown gravy. The brown gravy, had mac and cheese in it. I was totally grossed out. I had to wait 3 mins for a biscut. Needless to say I called to report my problems. I was told " I don't know what to do to help you Ma'am, except to come back to have the order repaced.( I had just got home out of the night's cold storm to relax after a long day. I was not going back out.)So he said there was nothing more he could do to help me. I will be calling the Manager tomorrow!

It seems like all I ever get is breading and no actual chicken.Recently I went here and got some hot and spicy wings I've seen advertised. BIG MISTAKE. Or should I say little mistake. The wings were the smallest I've ever seen. They were a breaded mess, and hardly any meat on them. I'm pretty sure they either sat in the oil for too long or under the heat lamp too long. Either way, I feel like they were the last ones they had and just sitting out getting old. They were a dark brown, almost black color, and not good at all. They were spicy, but I'll be surprised if I don't have some kind of negative reaction to them, causing me to be on the toilet a lot, because of how they were left out or something having to do with the color. Over 5 bucks for 8 tiny, over cooked, more bread than meat wings.... It's not worth it. I wish I had taken a picture of them before I threw them out. I couldn't even finish them. ?The food has gotten way too expensive at KFC. The only reason I would go back to a KFC again would be for the Mtn Dew Sweet Lightning. Other than that, I won't be going back. Another one bites the dust.

Helpful & pleasant staff. Food was hot & tasted good.Parking: A few parking spaces but limited due to 3 or 4 handicapped spaces. Great that they make it easier for handicapped but that's about a 50/50 ratio for regular & handicapped. ???
