9 minutes for a #1?? Every time they tell you to pull around and park, I just want a refund. They said they were waiting on fries. Then, when it came out, the fries were not even hot and fresh.

The wait times in the drive thru are ridiculous. I have literally had to wait 17min for 2 meals with no customization. The food here at this location is usually always hot so that's a positive. Employees here are generally snippy for some reason.

Waited half an hour for them to make 4 items, the nuggets were cold and the chicken paddy for the deluxe chicken sandwich was closer to the size of a chicken nugget with an insane amount of mayonnaise on it. The lids were all out and when we tried to ask an employee for one they ignored us completely for another 10minutes.

Drive thru is ridiculous. No one in line and they make you pull up to park instead of waiting 30 seconds the person beat me out of the door to bring my food before I could park. Happens everytime. Managers should actually manage and not place someone in harm walking on the snow and ice when it’s not needed.

Worst experience ever!!! This is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen! I ordered online 15 minutes before they closed and they refused to proceed with my order! I will never be eating here again.
