We love the food, service and family atmosphere at New Hong Kong. The lemon chicken is our favorite but we have several dishes that we love (General Tso's Chicken with extra spice- Honey Walnut Shrimp and several other great dishes)

Went on a recommendation from a friend. Food was wonderful. Had a nice young man named Colby provided great service to our large part. Highly recommend!

The only reason for only 4 stars is because of the egg rolls. Not that they were bad so to say but they just weren't up to my standards. But the rest of the meal was excellent! I loved the pineapple in the cream cheese wontons Delicious!

0/10 worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. Food was gross, ate 1 bite and didn’t wanna finish it they still charged me for it. The 2 female workers were extremely snarky with me. Will never go back after that experience.

Normally love this place! But to go orders have been really poorly handled. We waited an hour past the time it was supposed to be ready. People who came after us got their food first. Tried again the next week, the food was supposed to be ready at 2:10 and we arrived at 2:15 with them saying they don’t have the order. They finally found it and said they would get started. It was past the time it was supposed to be ready and they hadn’t even started it because they lost it. Lesson learned. We will not be back. This is after years of loyally supporting this business. Very disappointing

My husband went to order take out from here specifically because he had been wanting fried rice. Went in and ordered, got home ans no fried rice, the chow mein looks disgusting and the "noodles" that come on the side with it are hard as a rock can't even chew them. Called them to ask about fried rice and she was saying he ordered something else that he didn't order. Terrible customer service. Pot stickers and chicken were the only decent thing from the visit. Won't be back solely based on customer service.

I've always loved going to this place as a kid and still do now. Their lo mein is the best I've had. I love their atmosphere. And they have and been kind and shown great service.

Hubby and I ordered the combo dinners. The egg drop soup tasted burnt. The upcharge from chow mein to lo mein was a little ridiculous. The entree was pretty good. This will not be our first choice for Chinese food.

This is our new favorite Chinese food spot! We have tried many different ones in town since our old favorite changed ownership and menu options. This is our 3rd or 4th visit and the food is consistently good and has all our favorites options like pork&seed, egg drop soup and pork lo mein to name a few. Our last visit tonight was the best. Our server Joe was helpful and offer suggestions when I told her what we wanted. She interacted with my daughter and even brought her a couch drop which we appreciated.
