Came to pick up a door dash and were told it would be right out. We waited for over 45 minutes and had to go to the door just to be told they had no clue what was going on with the order over 45 minutes later. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eating here. This has happened almost every time we come here.

I am extremely annoyed with the service I have received. I am pregnant and have randomly been craving Sonic food. Today I came and got a simple order of tater tots and a blue raspberry slush with nerds. I asked for the nerds in the slush three separate times! When I got the slush it did not have nerds and I had to come back around the driveway to get it. Then when I got home I noticed I wasn’t given a straw. This is simple and basic customer service.This isn’t the only time I’ve had poor service. I came yesterday and ordered a cheeseburger and asked for no cheese twice and when it was brought out the worker told me there was no cheese. I got home and there was cheese! American cheese makes me sick normally and it doesn’t help with pregnancy hormones.I came last week with my mom and the worker was disgustingly rude to us. She was super impatient, super moody and when we were given our food and my mom asked if there was fry sauce she rolled her eyes and told us there were too. When my mom asked if we could have more she stormed off and brought us more like it was annoying we were requiring her do her job.

Pulled into the parking lot and fell into a pothole/grandcanyon damn near ripped out the whole undercarriage of my car …pull up in the car hop spot pushed the button and we could hear them but they couldn’t hear us so she came out and took our order .when we got home and tried the shake the ice cream was spoiled . Had to drive all the way back….don’t usually do reviews but in the case three strikes and I have to say something

I keep trying to come back here. Awful every time. In the summer the ice machine is never keeping up for slushes. Today I placed a mobile order, 4 slushes and tots. Took 13 minutes with NO ONE else.in the drive through or stalls. Cold tots. Try the one across town or any other fast food selection on Yellowstone.

Very disappointed where this place has gone to. First ordering, lady taking my order was COMPLETELY rude. Not only NOT friendly but when I told her that I wanted brownie added to my strawberry shake, she wanted to correct me on that I never asked for it when I did, had my boyfriend hear in the passenger seat. He ordered Oreo Chocolate shake, no surprise with her attitude - NO Oreo in his shake. Place might as well close down.

My breakfast sandwich was so greasy and tasted terrible I threw it away after one bite. Will not be stopping by Sonic for food again they do ice cream very well but the meal was a waste of my money.Wheelchair accessibility: They deliver to the car so no need to get out of the car.
I went through the drive thru to get a bag of ice. It came out to $2.96 so when I got to the window I handed her a $5 bill. Then says to me "you want your change back?" I said well yes, why wouldn't I? It isn't like she had to cook anything, it was literally a bag of ice. Now if I am in a spot out front and they have to bring it outside to me I always give them a dollar but not at the window.

This hurts my heart because I love Sonic ?. The drive-thru has a significant amount of potholes. The spot we pulled up to had terrible screen lighting. There must have been a bad speaker because the gal taking my order seemed annoyed because she couldn't hear me. I felt like I was yelling. Our food was super salty, and our onion rings tasted sweet. My husband thinks they used cake batter.

I sat in the drive through for 4 drinks and a tater tot for 10+ minutes. Then when I got my shakes they tasted so much like peanut butter we all thought it was too much. And they didn't give me my tater tots. And they were rude yo put sonic cherry on top.
