We sat in the drive through for FIVE minutes and the workers would not acknowledge that we were there. We tried calling their phone and they wouldn't pick up. We tried gently honking and they wouldn't look our direction.Owner should definitely find a new manager as one of the workers looked old enough hat he probably was the manager.

Staff was AMAZING! They were all friendly and professional, even when having to deal with a belligerent customer that was in line before us. So impressed with how they handled the situation and then shook it off so they could turn around and treat us so well. Great job you guys!! The food was great, tables were clean, and the atmosphere was fun, at least it was after the jerk left. :D

I ordered a cold cut combo and the meat was suspiciously discolored. I asked the employee making my sandwich about it and she told me it was normal. I still bought the sandwich because I'm a pushover but now I'm afraid to eat it just in case it destroys my innards. ?

Two of the sweetest girls were working yesterday at around 5. I didn’t catch their names! The people in line in front of me were being a grouchy and these girls were so kind and polite. They made my sandwich perfect and made me smile. 15/10!!

recently had a very disappointing experience at Subway when I ordered sandwiches online. Unfortunately, my order was not made correctly, and when I called the store the staff refused to refund my money, despite the mistakes being on their end. Said it was not their problem that I was ordered by door dash and that is not true. I picked these items up.With my suv order I I placed an order for specific cookies, but upon receiving my order, I was given different cookies that were all crumpled and not in the condition I expected. To make matters worse, when I brought up the issue to the staff, they informed me that they didn't have the cookies I originally ordered and refused to refund me for the incorrect and damaged ones.It's incredibly disappointing that Subway would not take responsibility for their mistake. As a customer, I expect to receive the items I ordered, especially when I paid for them. The fact that they substituted the cookies without informing me beforehand is simply unacceptable.Furthermore, their refusal to issue a refund or make things right on the spot is highly inconvenient. As a traveler, I didn't have the luxury of sticking around the area to deal with the issue later or call a manager after 11 the next day. Subway should have the means to handle refunds for unsatisfactory products at the time of the complaint, without putting the burden on the customer to jump through hoops to get their money back.This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied and reluctant to trust Subway with my orders in the future. As a customer, I expect better customer service and accountability from a well-established chain like Subway. They should prioritize customer satisfaction and promptly address any issues that arise.

Ordered in the app and both sandwiches were made completely wrong.Wrong toppings and didn't add the correct meat on one and didn't add extra meat on either.Very very disappointed

We ordered on the app to pick up. Unfortunately they didn’t have everything we ordered. It was around noon on a weekend but they didn’t have their cookies baked yet, so they gave us chips. We didn’t really want chips and would have rather gotten a refund, but oh well. The workers were very friendly and the store was clean, though.

Terrible costumer service, they where out of everything. The guy helping me wouldn’t even talk he would just nod and point, and occasionally he would whisper. They wanted to charge us 5 dollars for 2 water cups. All around not a great experience and I do not recommend
