You know Taco Bell... It's the best American Mexican fast food available in the world. Always consistent and delicious. One thing, it's my personal pet peeve, is when the drive thru order isn't perfect. If it's not, your halfway to where you're going when you figure out that it's not. It was a small thing... no napkins, but it's enough to knock a star off this review. Please include several napkins for each person in the car, guys... Thanks.

Yet another place that insists you place your order at a kiosk if you go inside. I refuse to do that (on principal) so an employee did it. That's what THEY'RE getting paid for. Never again. I'll do the drive-thru, order ahead, or just go someplace else.

They ran out of their signature spicy ranch sauce which pretty much makes the cheesy gordita crunches what they are, not sure how you run out of your signature sauce but... Not bad!

This Taco Bell changed my whole perspective of Taco Bell. The customer service is top class. The speed of service is unmatched. Jimmy John’s could take some notes! ?This is easily a 5-star Taco Bell. Not to be confused with a five star restaurant, still Taco Bell. But likely the best Taco Bell this side of the Mississippi.Parking: Parking lot is small but I’ve never had an issue with getting a spot.

No cashiers to take your order anymore. Just an annoying employee that asks if they can help you use the kiosk. Prices 25% higher than the online ads. $5 advertised craving box cost $6.49, think they could pass the saving of the lack of employees on to the customer. Nope.

Everytime I order Taco Bell via any mobile pickup service (Doordash, Uber Eats, GrubHub) they NEVER INCLUDE THE SAUCES. Even if I specifically ask for various sauce packets they never put them in the bag. I don't know if it is the franchise owners policy because they're cheap, or if it's negligence in the part of the employees, but it's so common it has to be some sort of internal rule. I highly recommend NOT ordering from Taco Bell in Pocatello VIA any delivery service if you actually want to receive what you ordered.

Personally i used to work here everything about them is awful the managers are mean there is always employees vaping in the back i cleaned out the draining and food vents because i was the only one willing to do it and there was mold growing inside of them the employees will constantly eat the food without paying for it the food is poorly made they always halfa** cleaning their food is never fresh and after working there i will never eat there ever againTHE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!
