We ate there twice, in December 23 and January 24. Both times the staff were way above average in customer service. Their food was done right, and the staff was very polite.

Food was barely warm. Cheese on burger wasn’t even melted. Chicken wrap was cold on one side and barely warm on the other. Staff said they couldn’t warm it up. Soda on both machines was mostly seltzer. Catsup pump machines were either empty or broken. Fries were warm. 7 employees were working at the time. So the place is well staffed. Why can’t they deliver hot food? This is management failure

Active scammers, don't pay with cash here. Charged 16.71 for burger, paid with a twenty, and was handed only 68 cents in coins back with no receipt. Closed the window before I could ask for proper

This place is a new building. All employees are well trained. The food is the best deal for your buck as far as fast food is concerned.Go buy some key chains and get free frostys every visit for a yearWheelchair accessibility: Wide open layout easy access no matter your disability.

Food is Wendy's food, so no shock there but when I was there, the servers were all displeased to be there, or something. I don't think they are treated well there, because of how unhappy they all looked to be. Management needs to look to how to keep their employees happier! I only blame management for this.

WORST FRANCHISE IN NORTH IDAHOstopped in at 6:57 (they open at 6:30) and after no one answered me at the drive thru speaker, I pulled around to see if someone was at the window. There were two people chatting it up at the window, neither would open the window to talk to me, one waved me on, and the other gave me the middle finger. Super classy Wendys. If you can't open at 6:30, change your hours. And on other occasions I've had absolutely awful food. And always, always, very long waits.
