Was just trying to grab a drink while waiting for domino's pizza. Went to club tequila first but was told they can't make any drinks of the long Island variety. Lame, but that sent me down the road to Bob's. The gal behind the bar there made a pretty darn good version of the drink I was after. She modified it w what she was working with and it hit the spot. Was tempted to have another one but I was in a time crunch.
Amanda is awesome! she's the night time bartender and she whipped me up a super awesome drink when I came in. She is super friendly and has great energy. definitely stop in while she's working!
