So yum!!! We got all the kids one and of course all us adults. They did amazing!!! 5 kids and 5 adults….they were just awesome!!

Stood in line for 18> minutes. 14 people in line when I, and some other people, left. Served 4 people in that time. Average one ice cream per 5 minutes. Was excited to try it, but the line was to long and the service was to slow. I am not an expert on rolled ice cream, I don’t know how long it’s supposed to take. I do want to try again when the lines shorter. Maybe we will have better luck next time.

Great service and great presentation even on my funky Frankenstein creation! The maillard effect they added on the marshmallow and the chocolate covered coffee beans (favorite)!They had SO many tantalizing combinations to suit whatever you're in the mood for.The owners were ABSOLUTELY terrific, really kind & genuine. Definitely a pleasure to do business with such splendid individuals!

Not very good for the price. Wonder if their ice cream is even real cream. Has a nasty "powdery mix" taste to it. Definitely won't be going there again.Rebuttal to owners reply;I am not “used” to a powdery taste. I am use to ice cream actually tasting creamy. You’re response is very condescending and I don’t appreciate your Californian attitude.Just an FYI to anyone that reads this, my husband is a major ice cream person and he also thought it didn’t taste right. Maybe the ingredients weren’t fresh. I don’t know. I just know that we were extremely disappointed in the taste...especially for the price. I’d rather have cold stone. They don’t pour some mix onto there cold stone. They use actual ice cream.

Freezia made my daughter a dairy free ice cream! Having a dairy allergy means my daughter is always left out when everyone else gets ice cream. At Freezia, they were so patient while I asked about all the topping options and how they could alter it to make a custom ice cream for her. This is our new favorite place!!

I enjoyed it! I had a custom ice cream with sprinkles and oreos on top, and it was fantastic, whenever we would pass by we would get some! It is truely fantastic!!
