This particular Jimmy John’s needs to teach their employees how to treat customers. I just went through the drive-through, which is what I always do the little gal that was there had such a poor attitude. She helped the bag with my food in it so close to her I had to reach outside of my door to get it, when I honked at her, she turned and looked at me and said what, so she needs to be taught how to be courteous and kind to people because if she’s like that now she’s like that to other businesses. Jimmy John’s needs to get their act together in this store , or I won’t go there anymore. That’s all there is.

Wife ordered in the drive thru. Whoever that little punk was should be fired. Extremely rude and didn't even make the sandwich correct.Order # 121Management or owner- as a business owner myself I understand good help is hard to find but rudeness to customers is not except able.

There was nobody ahead of me in line and it took over 15 minutes to make two BLTs and a kids sandwich

The food is always great. The sandwiches are always tasty and their new seasonal peppermint cookie is a very indulgent treat. I've ordered delivery from this location half a dozen times this year, typically on days when work has left me too tired to cook and . In half of these orders I have failed to receive at least one of the items on my order. They've been good about fixing my order when I take the time to do it, but the frequency with which this happens has left me thinking I should just order a single item to make sure it doesn't keep happening. When I'm beat from a long work day, I don't want to have to call a store to have someone come to my door a second time because no one took 10 seconds to confirm an order. I've also stopped checking the "cut in half" box when ordering online since it never gets done anyway, but this is a pretty minor gripe.

I absolutely love this location. The employees here are great. I work across the street and order from here every single week for the last 2 years now. If anyone could give an honest accurate review, I would hope it’s me. Every time someone comes in they are greeted. There is someone always nearby ready to take your order. Food is always great and the management there is pristine. Of course there are fluke once in a while moments of crazy rushes and longer wait times but I almost expect that when everyone is trying to all eat lunch at the same time around noon, there is no such thing as perfection and I wouldn’t expect it either. Their intentions are to try their best and they do great. As for the CDA location, they are awful. Multiple bad experiences there which is why I will only come to this post falls location now even when I’m not working and I live in CDA. Keep up the good work. Love the food, love the staff, manager is awesome.

how can u hate Jimmy Johns bro, they got some of the best customer service ive seen for a sandwich joint. And I love ordering the sandwiches in person too, eating there makes the food taste better ngl and the workers are chill asf. I remember this one guy had a sick tattoo of Elden Ring on his forearm and the workplace there just comes off as a vibe.

Horrible wait time while the employees spent their time goofing around instead of working. I sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes. They didn't even look at me the whole time. I ordered 3 sandwiches and there were at least 5 employees that I saw. 2:45 on a Sunday. There was nobody in front of me. I also waited so long for them to take my order at the speaker I wasn't sure if they were open so I had time to Google your hours before they asked to take my order. Disappointed with this visit.

I've always loved Jimmy John's sandwiches.. and I still have no complaints there. However the young teen employees in full uniform smoking weed in the parking lot literally in front of my kids as we sit in the drive through?! Shake my damn head.. at least 3 of them were employees I think the 4th was a random friend who pulled up to join the smoke session I guess. Do what you want on your own time but getting stoned in uniform at the place of business is in front of customers no less.. is disgusting.

The music was very loud and distracting (inappropriate) We had a difficult time speaking to and hearing the person taking our order. During our visit besides the loud music an employee was banging on a piece of equipment behind the cashier (possibly breaking ice accumulation??) which added to the already loud atmosphere. There was confusion about what was ordered probably because the cashier couldn’t hear us as well.

Not freaky fast ever. Jimmy John's was pretty good when they first came to Spokane. Fast forward 10+ years and they have a few locations over here in North Idaho. They got rid of sprouts (something I felt set them apart from other sandwich shops), and the meat portions have gotten smaller. Every time I have ordered from the Post Falls location, I am surprised at how long it takes them to make my sandwich. When your slogan is freaky fast, you shouldn't be exceedingly slow. I only buy from them now when I have a half price coupon or I'm traveling and they are the only option. It's not worth 10$ for a sandwich. I do still buy the day-old bread from them as this is a good deal.

I love jimmy johns. We have them at least once a week but the mullan store has been slacking big time lately and it really bums me out. The sandwiches are good but service is horrible. They have a drive through for a reason and the last two times I’ve gone through the drive through I’ve had to wait at least 5 mins for anyone to even greet me… it’s just frustrating I feel like the store is full of kids who don’t care about their jobs. Today I literally almost called the store because I had been waiting at the speaker to order for so long. Idk. They just need to get it together and remember that they are supposed to be “ freaky fast”. Lol

Our visit was more like a trip into a frat house. The music was WAY too loud and not appropriate for the atmosphere. Workers were lounging about and not professional at all.
