Absolutely love coming here every Sunday before church. The baristas are always super friendly, and I enjoy chatting with them! I highly recommend this place!

Jalapeño honey bagel is my all time favorite!! Not today!!! The bottom part of my bagel was so tough, I couldn't even bite down on it. You pay decent money for something, you wanna enjoy it. Instead I had to throw away the bottom half of it. Super disappointed. Prices are to high to be serving non edible products. Can't call to tell them either.

Ordered a mocha, they put no chocolate in. Ordered light ice they ignored that entirely till I pointed it out as the woman tried to fill the cup to the brim with ice. Ordered white coffee, they poured water through the same coffee 3 times. So the 6 shots I paid for was actually 2. Ordered a cheddar cheese sandwich that was American cheese. Absolutely shameful and foul.

I love this place!! I always get the Milk and Honey which is smooth and tasty and not too sweet or sugary! They have a lot of unique coffee drinks in their menu. The employees have always been very polite and sweet to me. They are getting to know me as a regular now! They’ve also always given me speedy service!

Love the Milk & Honey drink, especially cold. So good! Also they have amazing breakfast bagels.

Great drinks and prices! Only issue is that they are very very slow. For a coffee stand I’d expect speed to be something important but when going here budget extra time! Even with just one car in front of me I have spent 10 minutes waiting! So if you have time to wait, it’s a good stop!

Both the Hayden and post falls location are great. I’ve never had one wrong drink and when I want to try something new they are great at making up surprises. The lemon zest latte is my favorite and The kids love the cotton candy blended lemonade. I will say Dutch bros turned me away from ever drinking coffee again for years. Milk and honey is the literal reason I started drinking coffee again. I can’t even make it this good at home. I appreciate the loyalty punch cards and the friendliness of staff. Prices are reasonable too. Very impressed. The only thing I would recommend is placing the menus on the front and back of the building too or putting a stand up one if possible. We can’t see the menu until we are already up there and it slows down the line if someone wants to try something new or hasn’t been there and needs to see what you have. When I first started going there I didn’t know what you had and I got anxiety not wanting to hold people up in line cause I take a while to figure out what I want sometimes until I pick a favorite. I couldn’t see the menu in line from where I was until i was up next. so I found the menu online someone had posted but that’s just some thing I thought I’d throw out there that I think would be beneficial to the business.

Milk & Honey in Hayden is usually good. THIS ONE IS THE WORST RAN COFFEE STAN I’VE EVER SEEN! Owner clearly doesn’t know how to operate.Waited 15 min with only 3 cars in front of us…no menus in sight UNTIL you get to window and can hardly see it, and then the soda menu(half of what’s up there) isn’t even served anymore. My drink was a 12oz hot and maybe about 5 OZ was liquid, the rest foam..there is now way the person who made it didn’t know. You see a HUGE lack of caring from the workers which clearly starts from the owner…North Idaho is the capital of coffee stands, DO BETTER!!Picture is how empty my cup was. For $5 plus tip for them just doing there job, complete rip off! Not worth waiting 20 min in line to get a new one.
