I ordered a pizza and some garlic knots. Garlic knots are my wife's favorite. I put it on the counter expecting her to say some variation of omg thanks. She never said anything so I opened up the garlic knots to try and offer her some. It was pizza crust tied up, with some plastic cup sauce. We both hated it. The pizza was mid.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE HIGH PRICE LITTLE FOOD,,,,order on line for delivery, the amount of food you gave me in the chicken alfredo was PATHETIC. not to mention it was late and I had to stand in the freaking cold waiting for it to be delivered not by papa John's , but door dash,. I hate them even more, PAPA JOHN YOU ARE TERRIBLE I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN.

Super bummed. When papa johns opened in post falls I was thrilled. I grew up loving the papa johns missoula location.The quality of the pizza at this location is not good, and last time we ordered there was a couple hairs on my pizza, so that was our final straw.

My credit card was stolen when I called the store to try and cancel the order the employee refused and said they were the manager the employee then proceeded to hung up on me. When I called back a different employee did try to help, but hung up on me when they didn't know what to do.

Love papa johns always ready for pu when k get there and friendly
4 large pizzas delivered. I ordered online direct from Papa John's. Order arrived an hour and a half after ordering, the email said expect it in about 40 minutes. Pizza was barely warm, we had to reheat to eat. DoorDash delivered the order even though I didn't order through DoorDash. Pick up your orders from here, the pizza is good. Just don't order delivery and have any expectations.

We are done with Papa John's continuously dealing service. Just this past Friday we ordered on line to pick up at the Post Falls store. The tracker said "...ready between 5:35-5:44.I arrived at 5:42 and was told my pizza would be at least another 20 minutes. They were " busy" and had "... new people in training."Several other times we ordered over the past year, from the same store, (usually at least once a month) they got the order wrong or wasn't even delivered. This store has changed managers a couple of times recently and the very young, apparently inexperienced, new managers are not correcting the same old issues.It's pizza. It can't be tht hard.

Food is pretty good for a chain pizza joint. Recent speed and service much better. This place had previously landed on my naughty list for slow service from staff that didn't give a rat's rear end. Last visit much better. We'll see..........

Paid extra for five toppings, one of them being spinach on a large thin crust pizza. There were only 10 spinach leaves on the entire pizza that were crisp and burnt…All the other toppings were extremely sparse as well. When I received the pizza, the crust was mushy.Papa Murphy’s is a much better option!Vegetarian options: Minimal
