Great food, great price. But the person in front of me took 10 minutes to get their food and I only ordered one thing. They could have had him pull forward and given me my one item which I'm sure was ready almost instantly. Instead I'm writing this as I'm late for work. Not cool (unlike my gyro, which is cold) Now I'm too stressed to eat. I hate when I leave early and still end up being late.Frankly though, it shouldn't matter if I'm not at work exactly on time. Just like it shouldn't matter if they take a little longer to make my food. I'm sorry that I even have to say anything. I'm only mad because SOMEBODY is going to have a kiniption if I'm late by just a few minutes. Stone age and medieval people didn't have to deal with this. Edit: thank you owner for taking the time to recognize and respond to this issue. A store wide reminder on kindness never hurt, however, that morning shift could use a really good correction and mouth wash.Manager and coworkers on shift were very verbally saying horrible things about another employee who I could only HOPE wasn’t on shift or in ear shot. I couldn’t imagine how I’d feel if such hateful words like that got back to me. Not only is it an extremely ugly trait to be demonstrating to your coworkers and customers, it’s also extremely unprofessional.

Went to get lunch today and my favorite pita maker, David, isn't there anymore! He always knew my order and got it just right. If I can't find out where he went I'll have to see if those other jack wagons that work there can do their job correctly.

Came in on Easter, wasn't sure if they closed early, it was around 3:45 pm. When I asked the worker what if they closed early, she informed me that they were closing in 13 minutes!! I tried to explain to the worker that we would be taking the food to go as to not keep them at work. The worker with blonde highlights in her hair was extremely rude for seemingly no reason. She asked "what can i get you" while shaking her head in anger. I asked her if I said something wrong and she immediately tried to change her attitude as if she wasn't rude the entire time. I get it, it's a semi-fast food joint and we aren't looking for 5 star service. But you could avoid being outright rude to patron's for seemingly no reason other than you might be having a bad day or that we came in to close to your closing time. Will not be back.

I went here the other day and was extremely disappointed with the service I received from this younger guy which I believe his name was Brandon or Bran. He was freely using color language towards his coworkers as if he was trying to impress someone, which made the atmosphere quite unpleasant. I was planning on ordering for dine in but after hearing the horrific language and dealing with his poor attitude, I wasn't wanting to be there any longer than needed. Definitely NOT a kid-friendly environment while he is there. To hire management, I am very disappointed you would choose such a person to work within this establishment. I would also like to add, for a little guy like him, he sure does have a big mouth, and ego... I can tell by his haircut.

The service here was great. Everyone there is extremely friendly. The Falafel Pita, and Smoothie I had hit the spot. I would definitely go back.Vegetarian options: Solid options. You control what goes on your pita. Falafels are always a good choice, but you can go all veggies if you'd like.

The employees at the pit are rad, and the food is always amazing. Give the manager and the assistant managers raises they definitely go above and beyond. They've definitely created a regular!
Clean establishment and friendly service. Not the cheapest food. Tyler was amazing!

Our family enjoys the gluten free options here. My favorite is the “BLT”. I just wished their prices weren’t so expensive or welcome regularly.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free wraps, they are extremely expensive though.

I notice it’s getting worse and worse on what you order and how much you get:l are used to love this place and would go there every day at lunch but now I never know if I’m going to get my food correctly and I never have time to go back and get it corrected. I only have a half an hour lunch and it seems they always get it wrong steak and chicken isn’t too hard and the last four times I’ve been there. They seem to mess that up then I paid for a normal pita and got a miniature one so that kind of sucked but I guess it’s it’s the time of day or what kids are working and I just left there right now and it was the Post Falls twice and the Coeur d’Alene one twice:( also depending on if u leave a good tip or not is on how u will receive your food, and I tested that theory:/
