Friendly staff went above and beyond after an honest mistake on their part. I was very grateful. The pizza was delicious! Only thing I would recommend is maybe some fun arcade games for the kiddos while they're waiting on the pizza.

I usually order the personal pan pizza. A thicker softer crust with any toppings. My favorite ?Parking: There's plenty of parking but really no entryway for disabled or wheelchair patrons.
Stood at the counter for a good 5 mins before an employee came up to help. Pizza was not fully cooked, very doughy, but also very greasy. Box was coated in grease, bottom of pizza was wet. Barely any cheese in the stuffed crust. Overall, threw out most of the pizza.

Pizza Hut should learn from Capones. I ordered a medium supreme pizza tonight and it was boring. Veggies were not fresh and had basically no flavor to it to whole thing. Paid 20 bucks for it and was very disappointed. Service was good but the Pizza needs a lot of work.

I placed a pickup order. Literally only took 30 seconds over the phone and it was handled directly by the post falls restaurant, not some 3rd party thing. The guy was very pleasant and even gave me a discount for being polite. Food was ready I'm 15 min. NO HASSLE START TO FINISH.
