One of the best places around for beer people who enjoy beer. Hard to find imported Belgian crafts on tap, plus a great selection of their own, expertly brewed beers. The atmosphere is a warm and cozy pub feel and Jeff is wonderful to chat with. Head down here and stay a while.
Selkirk Abbey is the only Abbey style brewery in the Spokane and Idaho Chimney area making it a very unique and a must stop for those who like to explore different beer types. This part of Idaho cranks out good craft beer anyway but if you want something more on the fancier and more elegant side then this is the brewery to go to.I purchased a bottle of the brewery's award winning Farmhouse Rye Saison, the Saint Augustine and simply loved it. Great hangout spot. Service is always friendly and the ambiance is always chill and relaxing. Their tap list is unique and it’s worth trying a few before you order, or just get a flight! There’s a taproom guitar available for anyone who plays which is always fun. We don’t come often enough but always have a great time!
