I was visiting family in Post Falls, ID from 11.10.23 to 11.13.23. On 11-12-23, I stopped in to your Subway located at 105 W. Seltice Way, Post Falls, ID 83854 at approximately 8:00 p.m. with the knowledge that that particular store closed at 8:30 p.m. There was a young man behind the counter with a name tag that said Freddy. My sister-in-law verified that the store closed at 8:30 p.m. Freddy said yes and told us that we would need to wait to place an order. It looked as though he was making about three foot long subs for someone. It was not a problem so we sat down and patiently waited until he called us back up to the counter to start our order. We ordered a foot long tuna and a foot long ham with salami. After paying for our order, Freddy asked us if we wanted a bag for our sandwiches. We then said since it is only 8:15 p.m. can we sit and eat our sandwiches. Freddy said that he needed to start cleaning the dining area and we needed to leave. We told him it was only 8:15 p.m. and he again said he needed to clean the dining room. I didn't see anything unusual in the dining room that needed special attention other than the wiping down of tables and chairs. We proceeded to leave. As we exited, Freddy was right behind us and locked the door. Again, it was only 8:15 p.m. and the store closed at 8:30 p.m. In all the Subways that I have been to, I have never experienced this level of poor customer service. Freddy couldn't wait to get us out of the store and lock the doors. I have never been told that I couldn't sit in a restaurant and eat my food 15 minutes before closing time. Is this a new policy of Subway? I felt this blatant lack of customer service needed to be brought to the attention of Subway and the quality of workers that are being hired. It seems to me that more training is needed to teach these young people how to treat their customers if Subway wants to keep them coming back. Thank you for having an outlet for restaurant experiences.

Showed up at 8:25 pm with all the doors open walked in and was told they was closed. Posted signage saying 8:30 pm. I know it’s five minutes but cmon guys

Once again out of meatballs. Hadn't been in quite some time because of how often they are out. Tried again thinking management would have corrected. Had to go elsewhere instead. One of the people I was purchasing for was unavailable to give an order for somewhere else and didn't get dinner at all.

Some sandwich makers just don’t get it that when someone orders a veggie you really need to make up for the lack of meat by putting on more veggies than you would on a sandwich with meat. This guy got it. His name was Freddie. He was really good, and he didn’t He was great, he really packed it with veggies instead of a sprinkling like some places do.But.Should a foot-long veggie be $11 though ???(I did get avocado, but it was the pre-packaged mushy kind.) I marked one star at five because that seems like an outrageous price for a bunch of semi-fresh veggies. I don’t even get cheese on my veggie delight. That was probably a dollars worth of veggies that I paid $11 for.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 with American and onw with pepper jack. Mine was supposed to have American, due to being allergic to jalapeños. So I gave my sandwiches away cause of the fact they got it wrong! I go to subway a few times a week and this sandwiche is nothing but veggies. I did an online order. I will never return to this location!

Order was burnt not made to order. I sucked it up as it was only a six inch, until third bite hair in my food. I tried to call and complain. Of course nobody is answering. I don't recommend this Subway ????

They don’t accept any coupons but we still ate there and I’ll give the food a 3/10 I would definitely go somewhere else

Okay, first of all, they got the order wrong. This wouldn’t have been so terrible if the person eating it wasn’t allergic to tomatoes. Also, the tomatoes were going rotten. It was a very poor made sandwich and we will not be buying our food from this location again. We had a horrible night because of the allergic reaction.
