My favorite place to fast food

This was for pickup. I wanted more mayonnaise but not the entire bottle. The sandwich was the messiest I have ever received. They didn't put any mustard on the sandwich when I requested it, they missed like 3 ingredients, and the most frustrating part of it all was when I placed the order they didn't bother to mention online that their location had moved. I was working at the Starbucks right next to them, so it was perfect to order lunch from them, and then I show up and they are closed. I had to have my husband go pick up my order and bring it to me. terribly managed, and never ordering from this subway again.

This order was for pickup: A loaf of bread with 2 piece of meat. The "sandwich" would be great if it actually had meat on it. It's supposed to be a roast beef and bacon sandwich that didn't have any bacon and had a measly amount of roast beef and yet I still paid $14 for it (Please see photos). If I'm gonna pay $14 for a Subway sandwich I'd rather go to a restaurant that will actually get my order correct. Pretty disappointed and also subway no longer has any place to give any customer service. On the bottom of the receipt it gives the phone number 800-888-4848 and the phone number directly to the website which has no place to give any feedback. I did call and speak with the manager and apparently all you get are 2 tiny slices of meat per sandwich. That being said the other sandwich we ordered had significantly more meat on it. Something doesn't make sense here.

don’t waste your time with this subway. I’ve eaten here a few times and there’s always something being done wrong . everyone who works there is really nice and sweet and they try there best. but there is something seriously wrong with the manager and how he’s running this store , he’s not training properly I don’t think. I ordered subway on door dash (yes this store is where my doordash order came from) and when I got my sandwich is literally wasn’t even a sandwich. It came all fallen apart and toppings were just shoved in there, and I know it wasn’t the doordashers fault because I’ve actually seen the manager from this store make my sandwiches is store and it was just like that. The manager I’m talking about it a male and he is never friendly. Just in case they have a couple different mangers. I know working in fast food service sucks , I’ve worked in food service, but seriously.

Staff was extremely rude. The manager was by far the rudest. I am a caretaker of a woman who has had several major strokes can barely walk but always brings her business to that establishment, I was appalled by the way they treated her and I in the end. I didn't even give them my business that evening because of it.

They do a great job trying to accommodate. I appreciate the customer service which is so lacking now days. The sub was great and overall I was very pleased.

The dude there tried to charge me for water, as if there aren't 5 other food places nearby that would. Recommend any other place if your thirsty or hungry. Surprised they don't charge you extra for the paper covering the sandwich

The employee was in such a hurry we had to keep asking her to put more stuff on our sandwiches (NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL)

Online order, salad making is art too. This was not art, and you forgot the sauces.

The sandwich was pretty gas, but while enjoying it I was disturbed by what I assume is the manager speaking rudely to the other workers.

This place makes the best sandwiches with great friendly staff. It's a great place to eat.

Subway, hands down beats Jimmy John's! Come on.... The bread alone is better!!!

How about a FLY embedded into, and baked into, the bread on the bottom of your sandwich. (SEE PHOTO BELOW) And here's a thought... How many of us have already eaten a Subway fly and not realized it. Apparently the view of the management here is that we can either eat it or not, it's our problem. We've been frequent customers here for a while, more out of convenience of this location than anything. Recently, our daughter, after eating 2/3 of her sandwich, noticed a fly baked into the bread on the bottom of her sandwich. She didn't finish her sandwich, (who would) and the other three of us were so grossed out that we didn't finish ours either. I went back to the this store the next day, with THE piece of bread in our car as proof, as well as photos, and very nicely requested that at least we get a full refund on our purchase. The girl behind the counter took our number and said that manager WOULD call us. Two days later, no call. So I called and talked to the same person again, who said that the manager had called and couldn't get me (on the iphone I carry with me at all times, which showed no such attempt). I had her call me right back to verify that she had the right number, which she did. She said, again, that the manager would call me for sure... which never happened. It seems to me that the least that this store could do is refund me the money I spent that evening on these four sandwiches, perhaps apologize, and make up some story about reviewing their procedures to make sure that this never happens again.... BUT NOOOOO..... She's going to ignore the problem and hope it just goes away. Really bright, and how very caring. Overall, this is a rather poorly managed Subway restaurant, with poorly supervised employees, and too few of them (I've seen some Subways that were amazing). The sandwich makers, who often are left working by themselves at night, with no supervision, can either make you a really good sandwich, if they know how to and care, or a "mustard" or "vinegar" sandwich if they are poorly trained, in a hurry, or just DON'T care. The restaurant has a fairly clean appearance, but obviously from the fly embedded in the bottom of my daughter's sandwich, some cleanliness procedures somewhere need some review and revision, and I'll say that since the fly was kinda obvious, maybe they should at least train their employees to "BE ON THE LOOKOUT". We're completely grossed out, totally disappointed, and likely won't be going to any Subway very soon.
