Today I promised my son agev 6 who had a painful medical procedure this morning. If he is good and brave we would get him a foot long cookie he saw advertised on subway commercial yesterday. The girl at the counter was rude and just stated we never got the cookie dough from our supplier.

Lady working would not accept coupon she said apparently all subways in Post Falls don't accept coupons I highly doubt that's true lol she didn't seem like she wanted to work either so I just left. Don't recommend this subway

Management is a joke food was not fresh eaither the male manger has massive addittude and was unplesent when asked him to change gloves and wipe were the snawhiches go as were lots of grese and sause on it very unplesent piliot j was was better servise and food

I usually love subway , it's employees and the food . This was not the case at this location . The service was horrific , the employee making my sandwich had absolutely no retention of information as I had to repeat what type of bread I wanted to him 4 times . This continued throughout the entire process of building my sandwich , then at the very end he accidentally rolled it over and all the toppings and sauce came out onto the paper . Instead of getting a new wrap he just mangled all the ingredients back into the bread leaving an absolute disaster on the paper, then coating the outside of the sandwich in sauce and making it soggy and difficult to eat . Then proceeded to charge me for the wrong items before I had to correct him and let him know that's not what I ordered .Not sure what the issue is , but management should make some very much needed changes as this is the absolute worst subway experience I have ever had .

Quick order, had it ready on time. Ordered online pickup in store. Took 15 minutes. Store was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Food was made quick and was amazing.

I came in to get a sandwich. The older woman that was working constantly called me sweetie honey and sugar. I mean this is Subway but I have never seen someone act so unprofessional continuously giving excuses about why service was slow. It's one thing to apologize but it's another thing to go through an entire list of why everything is the way it is. She acts and sounds like she is 13 years old. Actively saying out loud in front of customers that she is not happy about today.

When did subway stop chopping salads, I got the worst salad ever with the veggies just plopped on to of the lettuce and spinach .......are they to lazy to chop the veggies??? lost a customer!

I have gotten sandwiches from this store many times. One was decent. I worked for Subway for over two and a half years. It's rare when I deal with an actual sandwich artist. I had my wife go buy me a meatball sandwich. I had been craving one of those for a long time. She brings me the sandwich, and it is cold. Who serves cold meatball sandwiches? I don't mind eating them cold, but nobody should serve them cold.
