I placed an online order tonight. It took them almost 1 1/2 hrs to fill my order and then once I did finally get it half of it was wrong and my husband's burrito was half the size it usually is also his potatoes were still hard (way undercooked). I also remade my drinks while there because they sat getting watery that entire wait time.

I couldn't find my debit card last night and I had been frantically searching for it the whole time i was waiting in the line until I got up to the window and after I asked the lady at the window of they could hold my burrito for a few minutes so I could go park and try to find it she had told me to wait just a sec and when she came back she hah advised me she paid for it and handed me my burrito. She was very kind but unfortunately I did not catch her name.

Always forgetting items. You take in account is it worth the drive for the chips and queso & fiesta cheesy potatoes? When they aren’t busy you’d expect them to remember everything. There was 6 items total and 2 drinks. You left out 1/4th of the order.
We got to the restaurant at 10:00pm.We looked it up and it said they had dine-in open til 12:00am.We went in and ordered, then sat down to wait for our food.A woman that I assume was the manager came over and told us we had to leave by 10:15pm. When we ask if we can eat really quick she told us we had to be out by 10:15 no later. At that point we didn’t even have our food or even our cups to get our drinks.
