You would think an $11 burger (The Big Zipper) could be made correctly for that price... but no. The patties were not even luke warm, the cheese still solid slices that could be easily pulled off in one perfect piece and there was no ketchup or mustard on it. Plus, the fries were barely warm as well. My wife's burger was no better. After paying over $40 for two people to eat a fast food meal (the easiest cuisine to execute), I expect something slightly better than what I got. I will never, no matter how hungry I am, consider returning to Zips. Total rip-off!

Stopped on a Saturday night and there were some college kids working. They are very nice and courteous and professional. Took my order asked if I wanted anything else and made sure I have everything I needed before I left. I got double cheeseburger and onion rings The double cheeseburger was great. Could you use more ketchup but maybe that's the way Zips makes burgers. The onion rings for the most part were good. The breading was awesome and most of the onion rings were nice and crispy on the inside but some of the onions are a little soggy and fat. I didn't care for those too much but otherwise they were pretty good. I definitely will use zips again. I enjoy their food.

Love the funny, young adults, learning a great skill at night. You don't see too meny that generation trying to learn and be responsible adults. I went threw the drive threw the mushroom well cooked like I asked and they actually accomidade my request for extra mayo and onions on my burger but the shakes are the best. Burger King and McDonald's and all the other big fast food might have given up on customer service but that zips in particular has not.

My favorite burger is the papa Joe. I sure wish we had them in Montana. My uncle designed the rabbit with wheel logo a very long time agoNobody makes tartar sauce better then Zips. Order a tub of fries and tartar sauce. The bomb.
Ordered through Door Dash. Ordered extra crispy fries and they were not even cooked all the way. Also, paid $4 for a Pepsi, and there was no flavor. Like no syrup in it.

My nephew and I recently visited this Zips and had a great customer experience. It was our first time using their self-service ordering terminal and we ended up ordering the wrong item. The Manager, Nicholas came out and helped us with our order and made sure we received what we wanted. Really appreciated the great customer service and attention to detail. This is a great Zips location and the team is awesome.

I must say I have never had such great service at any restaurant, let alone fast food. the man with the snake bite piercings is absolutely incredible to work with and great at his job! You should definitely never let that employee go!

Took me a couple months to post this, sorry about that Hunter, but I wanted to post this. Honestly amazing customer service and was a great time getting to know Hunter in the drive through, while they were making our food and the Joe Swanson impression was amazing. thanks for the great service and fun times. Food was cooked fresh to order. All around great service. I think Hunter deserves a raise!!!

Specifically asked for fry sauce and ranch when I ordered. They gave me one fry sauce and no ranch. I got a bacon burger with fries and a 6 piece of chicken with fries. I asked to have extra.
