This place is a true gem in Priest River! My husband and I tried it out shortly after moving to the area and now we are hooked! I am vegan/gluten free and I highly recommend their vegetable fajitas sans cheese and sour cream. It’s more than enough for two meals and your mouth will LOVE the flavor of the fajita sauce!. The chips and salsas are also tasty, and especially the cabbage salsa that they serve with them.

I have ordered dinner from here many times I always get the same thing the enchilada chicken shredded and it's always been amazing but for some reason tonight when I ordered it I received a half of cup of shredded chicken maybe in a tortilla that looks like it had been patched with another tortilla some enchilada sauce and that was it in the past I've always had lettuce sour cream tomato and I've never had to ask for that it's always come with it so I called to ask what the confusion was with my order and why this is what I received and the lady just wanted to argue I wasn't even able to tell her I just wanted to find out the confusion so that I ordered the right thing next time because she just kept talking over me and telling me about what number it was on the menu well I told her I didn't want to argue with her about it and I hung up I would have left three stars it's always been amazing however when you call and they just want to argue the one lady ruined the third star when I just wanted to Simply find out what to order next time to get what I always get and I've always ordered the same way like I said usually it's amazing I'm just disappointed tonight and more so because of being not being able to find out what it is that I need to order next time. I do not like leaving bad reviews. I have worked in the food industry in the past and realize things happen however if a customer calls you wanting to know what the correct enchilada was that I thought i was ordering and all you do is talk over the customer and tell her she is wrong she never gets what she is trying to tell you that she has ordered a thousand times before and only wants to know what she needs to say next time to get the dinner she was craving badly, then you earned the review. And lost a loyal customer. I will return to the Ponderay location where i have eaten for years and enjoyed many conversations with the family that owns all 3 locations. I met the family while i was a server at sweet lous and i would always stay late for their late night family dinners and or birthday celebrations because i wanted my customers to enjoy themselvesand tbeir experience so they didnt leave with a bad taste in their mouths , sort of .speak. i wish the lady that took my order and call the best. I also hope she remembers this review and the experience she provided me for a long time so she may not repeat it with another customer! Again usually the food here is amazing ...

My family had Mi Pueblo catered at my wedding located in Priest River, and everybody loved the food. Excellent service and so many leftovers we get to enjoy! Also a great choice for those who are gluten free.

In a world that makes it hard to find value in anything, Mi Pueblo's has redeemed my faith in humanity. Food this yummy could not be made by a person with no humanity. It was filled with love and made by someone who knows what delicious food tastes like. If you find yourself in 100 miles of Priest River, do not sell yourself short. Go to Mi Pueblo's and get the burrito Supreme with the pork. It will lighten your perspective on the state of this fallen world.Parking: I got my semi and 53' trailer in and out without issues

Beware!!!! Check your to go orders before leaving!!! Tried for the first time because I was in town packing up my deceased father-in-law's house. That suddenly passed away, grabbed food to go and they forgot parts of my order went back to pick up the missing items and they shorted us on flour tortias for the fajitas ...that's what was forgot not like we could say no were not gonna go back the fajitas can't be eaten without the tortious and they were rude and disrespectful and didn't even do anything or say sorry or anything. They were very unprofessional, and we are disappointed in their service and on top of not trying to make things right. I get it I had a small to medium side order to them, but it wasn't cheap. I spent 89$$ on two meals and an appetizer to be treated the way we did and No care or compassion ....
