Kelsey's is the best local bar in Rathdrum. The patrons are local people that except for a few too over the conservatives types are friendly and choose to interact rather than stare at their phone. Prices are very reasonable and drinks are good. Highly recommended
I went yesterday for my first time and got my hair trimmed by Tracey. Awesome lady, great cut, did exactly what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into something else! For sure well be going to Tracey for all future haircuts!
