REVEIW FOR : Steve Merrill about his Rexburg Location:After having being throw out for false accusations, I’d like to say the managers Brittney Hartle and Autumn Perez have been extremely rude to a customer. I’d like to say that have seeing many unprofessional things happen, however to be treated like this after nothing happened is crazy. Drugs being sold, managers getting to live with coworkers, managers having alcohol dropped off for them. And after all this and then being told I was banned for not even doing anything more than eating dinner, catching up with friends. Is wild, I hope you take a look into this location more. I’d check camera’s from April 9th 10pm-12. I’m do not recommend this place at all, and will be fighting for my rights. I have been into this restaurant before with others on staff and had a great experience however this is unprofessional and extremely disgraceful.

I haven't had Applebee's in years so me and my husband decided to try it out. The food and the service was very mid and over priced. Would not come back. But here's to hoping it's only this Applebee's that is this bad!

Honestly being in the restaurant is good but my husband and I just ordered takeout and the got our orders wrong and the food was disappointing! So don’t order takeout from here!

I am blown away on how we got treated. Totally thought we were getting punked.The waitress dumps 9 waters on my friend. The only response she had was ‘damn’.Then left to get rags to clean up the floor and table, but nothing for the friend, no apology.When we asked if we could get compensated with a free appetizer or something, she just scoffed and said “no, then that would be on me”.News flash sis, it was on you when you dumped about 25 gallons of water on my friendNext, a lot of the food we got was cold. But not as cold as my friend, so lucky us.After that, when we got the bill, we noticed there was an extra waffle fry charged to us. When we brought it up, she just argued with us that there was absolutely no way that she got it wrong and that we were wrong.So yeah hate to be a Karen, but dang dude. Strait up sucks.

This is best Applebee’s in Idaho!Leaders are sooo amazing and super professional !Best place to dine in!
So this was our first time going to this restaurant and this is how the experience went...We were seated by Aubrey and then our server Hannah came to take our order...We ordered the 2 for $28 with the spinach artichoke dip.My wife had the amazing chicken dish and ordered the bourbon burger with some add ons.The kids had the cheeseburgers and fries and our little man had the chicken strips meal.I waited patiently for this delicious burger with added cheddar and sauteed mushrooms to arrive and when it did...well total disappointment...The burger was burnt and no cheddar,no mushrooms and no waffle fries.Our sever brought the right fries after a some time...but overall the experience at this point had been frustrating...Aubrey "Not our server" took care of our table and went above and beyond helping out ...They offered to re make the burger and bring fresh fries I said " ok"Here comes Hannah again with a bowl of the wrong fries ...At this point I say " cancel the burger please"Well they remade it took it to go and it was delivered to my table by Tony...He apologized for the mishap and discounted my bill due to the error...The integrity shown by Tony and the great service by Aubrey is the only reason that I'm giving 5 stars on service ?

I had forgotten why I don’t go to Applebee’s. Now I remember. Our server was nice although she did get one item incorrectly made. But she quickly had that fixed.This was a family affair, and so I’ll let you know how everyone felt. My teen boys thought the burger was greasy. They did like the fries. The Oreo shake did not taste very much like Oreos.I had the chicken quesadilla salad. It was very salty and had way too much dressing on it. My husband had the Mexican shrimp bowl. He liked it.Overall, I have to remember not to come here again.

For a mid range restaurant, this Applebee's excelled in all areas. Our server, JJ, was stellar. Food was good. Everything was made to order. We had a large group of12 at 11am.

It's really just ok. The food has not been great for a while. The service is usually spotty. I feel like I've been shoehorned into as small a space as possible so they can make room for more people to ignore. But we keep going back because of the variety of choices for our picky kids (one doesn't like fast food, one doesn't like pizza, one doesn't like anything exotic, etc.).Parking: Take a small car, the parking lot is tight.

I LOVE Applebee's! My fave is always the boneless buffalo wings! Today I also had the 6 oz steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The broccoli was overcooked and so was the steak. I ordered medium and it came out well done. The manager came over and saw my well done steak and immediately went back to get me another one. The second one came back perfect with better broccoli and still amazing mashed potatoes! I love that they didn't give me a hard time because I don't like being that person who sends her food back, but I was really looking forward to a juicy steak!
