Fries are the best! Food is great. It can get crowded during meal hours so plan accordingly and call ahead if you can at those times.

That hole in a wall type places, or inside a gas station. Definitely good food and I'd like to try more of their menu, this was my first time eating here, there's just a couple complaints. I wish there were meal combos instead of having to order separate items. Also why are the drinks expensive when you can get a cheaper one from the gas station itself and they share the same machines. They aren't really too big of deal breakers so I'd still recommend the place.

Let me start by saying this is in a gas station. The food was totally amazing. Shock me, to be honest, the service was very well too. So I would totally recommend the food here.
Tried it for the first time for my wife’s 30th birthday. They were out of the Ribs and the Brisket she wanted to try and also out of the cheesesteak I was looking forward to.While I am leaving th restaurant sad I can’t bring her what she wanted, I think it is a testament to how delicious the food is.The service was awesome too so I’ll probably give it another shot soon, but I can’t make it here early in the day. Hopefully next time they still have some good stuff in stock at 7pm.Otherwise I might have to live a life never having tasted the heaven on earth that cheesesteak must be…

Loved the food. Service was great. Recommend coming here.
This is an absolute favorite. I've never been disappointed with the quality of the food and employees! The go to is a loaded Fry and either a cheesestreak or the Chicken bacon ranch (all the sandwich are AMAZING those are just the top two for me) food always shows up in a timely manner even when they are slammed! Great flavor on their Pork and Brisket, the portions are a great size and fill you up everytime. the sauce is also great! Overall a great experience with great food best BBQ is town. The Hickory CAN'T touch the quality of Blisters BBQ!
Thinking of getting BBQ in Rexburg? This is the best place I’ve found!! All the best (true) BBQ places are always in weird locations anyways. It’s inside the gas station. The first time I went I was very hesitant but I have now been 10+ times. It’s where I always take out of town visitors. The loaded brisket fries is my favorite meal but I’ve dabbled in the pulled pork sandwiches and the meat plates. You can’t go wrong! Your food is prepared fresh, has amazing flavor, and gets out to you in really good timing. Plus it’s on food networks list of the top 50 BBQ places! There’s a plaque right by the counter.Parking: It’s tricky to find parking as there aren’t many spots, so going before or after rushes is probably most ideal for parking. I’ve never been stuck without a spot but it’s usually fairly difficult.
Great food, nice people. Needs a sign or something hard to find.

We have lived in Rexburg for eight years and Blisters has always been one of our favorite barbecue places. Great food. Excellent service. Fast and efficient. We enjoy both eating in the restaurant and ordering takeout for family and work events. They’re always a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

First of all Great customer service from the manager, Will. Second of all, ridiculously addictive food. The loaded Mac with pulled pork is insanely tasty it comes out hot and fast and the scones with honey butter are irresistible.

Great little BBQ joint, don’t let the fact it’s in a gas station detour you, it’s one of the best BBQ in rexburg and probably among the best in east idaho. Staff is super friendly and offered great recommendations, Will was awesome with us and really seemed to love working here, which is a big thing personally speaking. Overall prices are good, food was excellent and portion size is better than a lot of places at similar price points. Don’t skip on the brats (really Kabasa, but I’ve heard people get confused by that word ?) totally worth checking out.

Got a Pulled Pork Combo. It was pretty good. It was fun to find it hidden back in the gas station, but it felt a little awkward. Wouldn't be my first choice for food. Must admit, the fries are authentic and I respect that. Seating can be tough to get
