Learn to actually blend the drink. You know it’s made of a lot of ice and in order to get a smoothie like texture, a longer blend time is required. I had a whole block of ice in my drink. Literally 1/3 of it was ice. Disappointing.

My husband and I used to love this place! We would come and get the milk teas and smoothies and it was cheap and so good. We hadn’t been in awhile and yesterday it was my husband’s birthday so we went. The drinks have gotten more expensive and they changed the cups to hold less fluid. They also removed the sealing on the top where you used to aggressively stab the straw through. :( I wouldn’t recommend anymore, it is easily $16 for two drinks, which it costs in Seattle. Don’t waste your money!!

When I came in earlier today it was super busy and only one person was working. I was very impressed how awesome the employee was! Having worked in a boba shop myself, I know how hard it can be to balance taking orders from a long line and making the drinks fast and good quality. I did not have to wait long, considering there were 5-6 drink orders in front of me and a line of customers behind. And the drinks were delicious! I've been here a few times before... but I'll definitely be coming back more frequently after that!(Just to clarify, I am not complaining about there only being one employee- 3:00 is a random time for it to get busy)

My fiance came in about an hour ago for just one drink. He waited for 30 plus minutes. After he left, I called and asked for a refund due to the long wait. Brian J. told me that he was very sorry and that it was only him until 4, which was right after my fiance left. I want to praise Brian J. for how he did his very best when there was a lot of people in there ordering. The fact that he apologized and didn’t try to make excuses was very heart warming knowing there’s employees out there that still care about their customers. I do want to say that, due to no lack of Brian J, there should be more employees working instead of just one. No one should have to call and ask for refunds or anything all because there is only one employee working, this just makes the employee feel bad. Never should an employee also have to apologize for the lack of hiring on the owners behalf or having just one person work. The sad part is I’m not sure how long he was working by himself, probably exhausted especially after the rush he went through BY HIMSELF. Please praise Brian J. and give him a raise. He also told me that he was not a manager. So as someone who has worked in food services, why was there no manager on duty? I would love to keep coming but the lack of hiring is disturbing. Why would I want to give money to people who lack care of employees and why would I want to give someone who works alone more work to do. This is outright disturbing as a customer that employees are not treated right. I also rated 5 stars for Brian J, not for the company. The company deserves no star ratings in my opinion. Please take in consideration of your employees and please, as a customer, overall just do better.

Wanted to try this boba shop the last time my family and I were in town visiting Yellowstone. We didn’t get to because we were so busy. I was sad about it. We’re back to visit and finally made a stop here. The best boba shop in town indeed. It is comparable to Seattle, WA where I’m from and they’re super friendly.However, I think this place is a little small and maybe consider getting new chairs.

We brought in two filled-reward cards that would have given us 2 free drinks. We were told that they don’t accept the type of card we have anymore even though they were both completely filled. Pretty unprofessional and left a bad taste in our mouths that they wouldn’t accept a reward card from THEIR business. Won’t be coming back.
