I got a whopper earlier tonight from my local Rexburg location and there was a literal piece of plastic in my burger. It almost looked someone had cut the tip off of some sort of bag of sauce or whatever and it had flung into the burger, anyways um it was not fun nor did it taste very good?

I swear, they only hired the nastiest, most mentally ill people in Rexburg. I myself weigh 260lbs and I felt skinny compared to almost every single employee there. I wouldn't be surprised if I contracted 3 STDs from their food. Biggest disgrace of a burger king I've ever seen, some dude literally had an 10 inch hole in his pants while making my food. Never go here

They precook all of their breakfast food. So every time I get something it's crusty and old. Is the employees are some of the rudest people i've ever met. Please avoid this

I got Burger King around 3pm and those fries were straight out of the fryer. Best Whopper I've ever had. Great job, guys.
Went through the drive thru and was told they were a bit understaffed and would be able to help us in a moment. Even with being understaffed they were so fast and kind! And the food was so great as always.

Went to the drive-up had to sit there 15 minutes before we ordered and there was only two cars in front of us. When we got to the window and paid for a meal then he told us to pull up by the garbage can and sit and wait. There were only two people inside so it's not like it was slammed and busy! Your time management sucks! Management needs to really evaluate what they have for employees tonight! Every vehicle that was in front of us and behind us was told to pull up and wait by the garbage can.

The food is actually pretty darn good compared to most burger kings I’ve visited. However, The past three times I have gone they have missed 1 or 2 items I’ve paid for which is pretty sad because it’s not that hard. If you go check your order before you leave.
