Fantastic gluten free options. All of there meats are gluten free and anything without a tortilla. They were super aware of all the options and changed their gloves without me asking. Great flavor for gluten free food!!

First time eating here and I wasn’t impressed. The portions are small for the price; prices should be like 30% less for the food you’re getting. The food isn’t that good either; my beef quesadilla was salty and the black beans lacked flavor. I’m also very confused why a place who’s theme is coastal cuisine doesn’t offer any seafood on their menu.

I’m only giving this review a 2 because the first manager I talked to with the girl with the brown hair was really sweet and willing to help me.Overall my experience was awful. I usually love costa vida but this was a joke. I got home with my food and the food was basically inedible. My quesadillas were so soggy and hardly any meat in them. My pico and lettuce were sour and soggy. My beans were hard and my rice had a weird taste and my chips were old you could tell by eating them they were at the bottom of the barrel. I called and complained as nicely as I could and the first manager with brown hair (I wish I would have caught her name) was really sweet and she apologized and told me and told me to come in and they would remake my order. I drove there and she talked to me and told me to come in, In about 10 mins to pick up my order. I Waited in my car and my phone rang the other manager called me and asked me what was wrong with my first order and she told me not everything was wrong. Which no everything was wrong and awful quality. I told her everything was wrong. And she was sarcastic and told me okay we will call you when it’s ready. They called me and I went in and picked up my food (the girl manager with the red hair) she handed my food bag to me and told me she threw in my ranch in there and she knows they didn’t get it wrong the first time. Well they should have given me my ranch anyways sense I payed for extra. I was really disappointed with the service and the food. I don’t know when I will be back there.

I love Costa Vida! I have been a big fan for a while now. Unfortunately, I have had increasingly bad experiences at this location. The service isn’t great, and the food doesn’t taste the way it used to. I’m not sure why that is, but you don’t get the same amount of meat that you used to, and the quality of service and food has decreased a lot. Real bummer!

Nestled in the heart of Rexburg, Costa Vida presents a Mexican-inspired dining experience that has captured the attention of both locals and visitors. Following my recent visit, I find myself inclined to assign Costa Vida a rating of 4 stars. The food, undoubtedly, merits praise for its flavor and freshness. I give Costa Vida 4 stars, the food was good, but the price and atmosphere kept it from being great.Stepping into Costa Vida, I was greeted by an overall good vibe that sets the stage for a pleasant dining experience. The warm colors, lively music, and a captivating bubble art display contribute to an inviting atmosphere, creating a welcoming ambiance. The visually appealing bubble art not only adds a touch of creativity but also is somewhat mesmerizing, enhancing the overall aesthetic. However, it's important to note that the atmosphere is not without its drawbacks. Some aspects, such as grumpy workers, can affect the experience when ordering food. The contrast between the cheerful decor and less-than-enthusiastic staff can be a bit jarring. Additionally, the comfort of the seating arrangements falls short, with chairs that may leave customers feeling less at ease during their meal. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall atmosphere at Costa Vida manages to strike a balance between visual appeal and the challenges presented by service and seating.Turning our attention to the pricing aspect of the Costa Vida experience, it's evident that there's a mix of highs and lows. On one hand, the cost of two large drinks was $3.60 each, which makes me raise an eyebrow because it seems disproportionately high for just beverages. This pricing may leave customers feeling that they are paying a premium for what is a basic component of their meal. However, the scenario isn’t terrible when we consider the nachos, which were priced at $11 and shared with a friend. In this instance, the cost aligns more reasonably with the portions provided. The nachos offer a more satisfactory balance between price and serving size, making it an excellent expense for the quality of the meal. Finding a better pricing equilibrium with certain menu items would bring up my rating of Costa Vida by a large degree. When it comes to the factor of taste, Costa Vida manages to leave a positive impression. The portion sizes are notably generous, providing a satisfying and filling dining experience. The food, overall, meets expectations with flavors that feel relatively authentic. Delivering on the promise of Mexican-inspired cuisine. Each bite is a journey through a mix of well-balanced tastes and textures, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients, particularly from the fantastic mix of guacamole and beans with a perfect ratio of chips. One great aspect that enhances the dining experience is the option to personalize the meal with an array of sauces as well as fully customizable cheese and meat alternatives. The ability to add and adjust sauces to individual preferences adds a delightful touch, allowing customers to tailor the flavors to their liking. In this aspect, Costa Vida excels in delivering not only on taste but also on the ability to customize the culinary journey.Costa Vida in Rexburg, has both positives and drawbacks, earning it a 4-star rating from me. The food is tasty and served in ample portions, creating a pleasing taste experience. The atmosphere is generally welcoming, though occasional staff and uncomfortable seating can dampen it. Pricing varies; drinks are a bit expensive, but some menu items offer better value. Despite these concerns, Costa Vida stands out for its customization options, allowing diners to personalize their meals with various sauces. While not flawless, it provides a satisfying dining experience for those craving Mexican-inspired flavors in Rexburg.

Really solid Costa Vida Location in Rexburg, I've been countless times, and it's almost always a nice quick bite to eat. The online ordering and pickup system can be hit or miss in terms of food quantity and quality control. There have been a couple of times where it was just all over the place in terms of who fulfilled the order. Overall though, polite, as well as very considerate customer service reps and the food is on point.Parking: Hit or miss dependent on peak business hours.Wheelchair accessibility: Dependent on time of year and if the sidewalks have been taken care of for snow removal and/or ice.

Portions size are cut back significantly. They give you barely any food for what you pay now. I wouldn’t waste your time until they fix the portion sizes.

I have been to this location many times and have had some mixed result, however this time they did particularly well. The tables were clean, the music wasn't too loud, the cashier was cheerful and I was particularly pleased with how Bobbie made my burrito. In spite today having been busy he made it with care and made sure the ingredients were well disbursed. All with a pleasant expression.

Costa Vida is the best place ever! It's always a 10/10 and I am never disappointed. The food is prepared well and the flavor is delicious. The food is always fresh and the staff is always very friendly and efficient. The building is always very clean and aesthetically pleasing. :) It is wayyyy better than Cafe Rio because there is more variety in their toppings and sauces, the food at Costa Vida is always more flavorful than at Cafe Rio.
