Super great food and great service but we were there at 6:30pm and the sun in unbelievable! My family and I had to hide behind the only wall in the eating area. But even that didn’t really save us because the sun glare off of the sneeze guard was blinding as well. THE POOR STAFF. They are stuck looking into the sun for at least 2 hrs every day. It was rough on us but I wasn’t going to say anything. After watching the staff struggle with the sun while making my food was too much. love small business and this place is great for everyone but don’t come at this time of day.

Crispy Cones is a sweet treat! BYU Idaho students are lucky to have this gem in their backyard! Shark Tank's Barbara Corcoran knew what a great dessert this was when she invested in 2023! I went into the Rexburg location with a friend on a weeknight for a couple cones of ice cream. We settled on the monthly special, mint, plus a traditional chocolate. With chocolate, we got a traditional cone with Nutella filling and strawberries to top it off. With mint, we opted for a traditional cone without filling, and definitely splurged on Oreos topping. No doubt, this is a great spot for a casual date night or a catch up with a bestie. The atmosphere is super chill, and the staff is super friendly. Although you order from a kiosk, the staff will check in with you to make sure you understand everything. In my experience, our orders came out within five minutes and they were made to perfection. I don't like a ton of ice cream, so the staff even entertained my extra request to make a smaller cone. Perfect! This month's special cone was Nutter butter, which should pair amazingly with the chocolate or vanilla ice cream! Now, to plan my return...

So..... not sure still what to think about this place. Great concept, fun atmosphere, and very friendly staff.I wanted to give a 5 star but gave a 4 since the crispy cone wasn't quite as crispy as I was thinking it should have been. It was still good, just not that crispy in my opinion. Maybe I'll go back and give it another chance. If you haven't tried it yet give it a try and see what you make of it.

We have loved our experiences with Crispy Cone. We loved the simplicity of the branding and we found a lot of humor in the signage throughout the store. It was so easy to purchase and fun to watch them make and it tasted so good! We chose Vanilla with Nutella inside. We topped ours with cookie dough and heath. We will be back!!

I’ve been a fan since the food truck days! I enjoy eating my treat way more inside though ;) Sometimes they’re better than others at pumping orders out quickly. I visited on a friday night recently and they seemed to only have two employees working during a massive rush. As someone who has worked in food service myself I was extremely impressed at the professionalism and hard work both employees displayed at getting all the customers taken care of in a timely manner. Definitely a must visit!!

When I first went to crispy cones I believe cones were around $4.50 each which was reasonable. Last time I was there they were around $9 each which feels very overpriced. The taste is okay, but the real reason for the 1 star review is that the owners are not honest and have treated my friends very poorly. I wish them the best of luck, but cannot respect a business who treats its employees badly.

Really high quality soft serve, I got cookie butter and cookie dough. The pastry cone isn’t so much crispy as soft and chewy, but honestly I preferred that. Solid ice cream choice in Rexburg.

I tried crispy cone the second it came to rexburg and have LOVED it! There’s always lots of people and tons of dessert options! Great for the college students! My fiance and I adore it ?Parking: Rexburg, Idaho. Shares a parking lot with other venues. Lots of space

?Heard of all the hype for this place and went to try it out. I was pretty disappointed because the ice cream is literally McDonald’s soft serve and the cone was fine but just tasted like cheap dough to me but others might not think so. The real cherry on top for me is that they have no cashier which is fine but you’re required to use their iPad which automatically MAKES you tip on top of your $8 cone unless you choose a different amount and put in $0. All these reasons make the place feel like a cash grab. Nice atmosphere and staff, just really missing the mark with the product and auto tip. Greedy!
