Passing thru town and wanted to try something local for a quick lunch. Recommend the daily deal that comes with a fry, drink, and dole whip. Customer service was mid. Skip the Philly cheesesteak, no flavor. The employee also had never put oil/vinegar on a sandwich before as they put a small amount directly on the bread?! Overall - meh. Minus a star cuz my kids ate all the fries.

Love their food, but every time we order online they mess it up so much! We just ordered today, I ordered a 8in and my wife ordered the 4in, they made mine into the 4 and my wife’s into the 8 and missed some of the toppings. Ridiculous

The sweet potato fries are terrific! We had ordered a Rueben and a French dip. The sandwiches were nearly identical no dressing for the Rueben and no Au jus for the French dip. Darn it. We will try other restaurants in the future.

Every time I have been there they completely mess up my order, even when it’s not busy. For my breakfast burrito, I asked for extra, extra potatoes, extra eggs and no sauce and sausage and was given a very small burrito (a little bit bigger than Mcdonalds breakfast burrito) that had NO potatoes, little to NO eggs, covered in sauce to the point of my breakfast burrito had no taste other than sauce, with a lot of sausage. It was the complete opposite of what I asked for. I threw it away after one bite. Not impressed.

This place is hands down WAY better than Jimmy Johns or Subway. Went here and got the Chimichanga and the Shine From The Moon and was beyond satisfied. Definitely making a come back here.

I've been hearing about gator jacks for quite some time. I thought it was due time to give it a shot. And i tells ya. It is GOOD. Value on a tuesday is unmatched. When you build your base off of Broulim's cheesy Italian bread you can never go wrong. Every bite was divine. The gator sauce pleases the people. Great place to take the family after a jury summons. It was everything a sandwich fanatic could ever hope for. Gator jacks. Unequivocally good.

Honestly I've been here a few times & have loved it every time! Can't say anything bad about this place! They always make it in a timely manner, they're great even when people have allergies such as celiac disease or are lactose intolerant. You just have to be wise & think about what you are putting on it as they're putting it on

Staff admitted that she rushed our order and didn’t add anything to our salad… there was no dressing or toppings and maybe a handful of lettuce… awful salad for $10. Will never go back…
Really yummy! Great sandwiches, many options, and I’ve never been there when it was super crowded so we were helped quickly. I truly miss the swamp interior! It used to be such a fun, unique setting but now the restaurant has lost a lot of its charm and personality which makes me sad. Also they used to give you a cookie with your order for free and I miss that too.

Great sandwich shop in Rexburg! We stopped here on our way to the Tetons, and both ordered a daily special (medium sandwich of the day, free fry, drink, and a soft serve dole whip ice cream!). Totally worth it. Next to lots of other places to eat as well.

I usually love this place, I've had delivery and dine in from them before. Today, I ordered a BLT for delivery with a bunch of toppings and sauces, and all I got was a sad excuse for a BLT with just mayo and lettuce on it- and lettuce wasn't even one of the many toppings I ordered.Hopefully this is just a one time thing because I usually love this place :\

Two times running. Got the daily special. It was delicious! There's is no competition in this category in Rexburg. $10 for a great sandwich with drink and dessert can't be beat. It's over in the ritzy zone but a good deal. Great fries too!
