This restuarant has a really lovely atmosphere, what with the lofi music and low hanging-draped ceiling. The screens in the center are lovely but it feels a bit empty. Some sort of dynamic or cultural display in the middle could add a lot to the coziness of this place! The crab rangoons were superb, just really really tasty. My only advice would be to lean into it all more!! Music, decor, outfits even if you must! A proper dining experience in a proper dining establishment! The service was fantastic and laid back, I really appreciated how comfortable it was. Josh made sure I was taken care of, and was helpful regarding my questions! I'm definitely coming back, and I'm bringing friends!

I came here visiting from California and I asked my boyfriend to bring me to a Phó place and surprisingly, I saw there was this place. Once you walk in, you can smell how delicious the phó is already because it feels up the entire room. Our server was a young Asian man and his service was fast and excellent. We had our main dishes out within 6 minutes and it was delicious. The beef phó is definitely a must get when you're there. I only wished more people appreciated how great this place is so if you're looking to try something new, go to the Kingdom of Phó.

Was craving something warm during a snowy day and this was perfect. The combo Pho and the pork potstickers were delicious. Josh and Jerry provided amazing service and if we ever come back to Rexburg we will be eating here again no doubt. The decor and music was an added bonus.

The broth is atrocious. The pork buns are frozen store bought. But I can’t get over how off tasting the pho broth was. They keep defending it. But it’s not Vietnamese. A beef bouillon cube in water would’ve tasted better. Waste of time and money.

Very disappointed. We see so many great reviews but obviously not from people who have ever traveled outside of Rexburg. We weren’t expecting anything authentic it being a college town in Idaho. But we at least expected they would try. The pork buns are clearly not made in house. You can hear the microwave ding from the dining room. No flavor, dry. The Banh MI which I’ve had countless times coast to coast was just a mess. Very large, the bread looked like it was baked but the sandwich was cold and the bread was stale. They give you a steak knife to cut it in half instead of them doing it themselves. Probably because it was so stale. The tofu pho had decent components but the broth was awful. It had a taste similar to chewing tobacco. The tofu was chewy old and weird texture. Past its expiration date. There really aren’t any places to eat in Rexburg that doesn’t have horrible food. So we picked up some groceries from elsewhere.** after the owner response. It’s clear they’re unwell. Amy’s frozen dinners does a better job than this place. Instead of accepting criticism of how horrible their food is they stand behind it and say it’s directly from a small village in Vietnam. Any place I can hear a microwave ding in the dining room you know it’s bad. And this is bad….The Pho broth was as though the “chef” just threw a cigarette in the soup and called it a day.

Been a fan of KOP since they first opened. Seriously some of the best, most flavorful food around. Worth every last penny especially considering everything is made fresh. Today we ordered shrimp pho and the beef banh mi and everything was incredible! They did a great job with the new storefront and are such a great addition to the area. Keep up the great work!

I ordered the combo pho for $18 (way too expensive, but they know we’ll pay it anyway), and with the first sip of broth without anything else added, I was immediately hit with an overpowering minty/menthol flavor which I’ve never experienced in pho. Not a fan, and no it’s not authentic, had plenty of amazing pho in Vietnam and LA. Other people may enjoy the taste, and there was nothing wrong with the service or presentation, but the flavor was off putting. Due to this, I rate this as the worst bowl of pho I have ever had.
