Had to wait an extra 30 minutes for an order I placed earlier in the day. Seemed the only people that were served were the ones that had pick up orders in the pizza portal. No line system when u come in; chaos.

Ordered pizza tonight said it was ready not in the pizza portal was told 5 to 7 minutes. Wasn’t explained why when I said oh well got a notification saying it was ready. We always order from this place every Friday pizza day oh miss places my pizza order and by the time I got it wasn’t very

Very busy every time I’ve been there, but the wait isn’t too bad. They have this neat app feature where when you order through it, they will leave it in a warming “mailbox” you can pick up with a code. Good affordable pizza.
Food is the same as any other Little Caesars, nothing so say there. Service at this one is awful. The actually employees behind the counter aren't awful, but the management makes it feel like they don't want to actually sell pizzas. The hours change sporadically. I've gone as early as 4:30 and they're closed with no explanation. Be careful if you try to use T-mobile deals or any other promotion with an online order, several times I've done that only for us to arrive to a closed restaurant. Getting a refund is a whole new fight. There are also a lot of items that you can only order in the app, but be careful for that too, because I've been told on many occasions that they're "not taking mobile orders," regardless of the time. I've been in Rexburg for almost 3 years now and visited this location several times. The menu item and quality is the same as any other Little Caesar's, but this one has caused me more headaches than every other one I've been to combined.

A goto treat of mine. Walk in, ask for classic pepperoni, walk out. Easy and staff is friendly. Pick-up options are great as well.

Rigby’s little Caesar’s food tastes 5 times better. They overcook frequently here. Customer service is usually average, and so slow.

The cashiers are kind, but the hours are constantly changing and I don't think we've had a positive experience here in a long time. Mobile orders are particularly difficult at this location, and many of the items are only available for purchase online, even when they have the products in house. Service is slow. I would say that price helps out, but it's gotten much more expensive. Doesn't feel worth it anymore.
