One of my favorite places to eat when I'm in a hurry. Total turnaround time is usually less than 5 minutes when you go through the drive-thru. The food is of good quality and tasty. The staff is efficient but somewhat hurried in a high volume environment. But the food is good and filling.

Horrible experience. We ordered our food in the drive thru, and they said it would be 5-7 minutes. We waited for 30 minutes at spot one, only to go in and they had been giving out the food to everyone else. We waited inside so they would make it and took it outside just to have half of our food missing. We went inside to get the rest of our food, and they said it would be another 6-7 minutes before our food would be made. We wasted about 45 minutes of our night tonight, and I am super frustrated.

Waited an extra 10 minutes longer than my online order said it would take which is fine because they said they were waiting on chicken. Got home and opened my plate to see I was given no chicken and just had a plate with noodles. Rip off.

It was easy to place an order and have it delivered. However, the food is mediocre. The rice I received had no flavor and was very dry and brittle, the chow mein chewy and flavorless.The chicken I got was good, although the small entree was TINY. In the broccoli beef, there was an outrageous proportion of broccoli to beef. Not bad per se, but the worst Asian food I have eaten so far.

I love PANDA! They always have Orange chicken and honey sesame chicken ready whenever I decide to go. I SWEAR they can track me and get everything ready so I have the best experience! Customer service is great for the majority or the time. Highly recommend!

Order was placed for delivery at 1:45. Per the receipt, food was ready for delivery service pick up at 12:58:47 PM. Food was delivered around 1:20.Delivery service did not deliver the food to the correct address.Delivered food and drink had noticeably less than what would have been received if in store.Store advised that a manager would call back.I recommend eating inside if at all, outside of busy hours (which is maybe 1:30-4:00).

Ordered teriyaki chicken with rice through the drive through. Opened up the box when I got home to find I just got plain chicken with no teriyaki. Chicken tastes great but kinda wished I had more than just plain chicken. There was no sauce left in the bag either. Checked thoroughly
Overall it gets a “pretty good.” Pretty good food, pretty good service. I think it could be better in both of those areas, sometimes the shrimp isn’t cooked quite enough, but it’s not bad by any means.

Waited in drive thru way too long to get a response from the person inside. Told at 7 pm they were out of almost everything and so I just ordered spring rolls and an apple Pie roll. Drive off and had to go back cuz I was missing the apple pie roll. The girl acted like I was just trying to get free food or a criminal! Made me give her the entire bag back for inspection!! Disappeared and came back saying my apple pie was IN WITH MY SPRING ROLLS!. I couldn't believe my ears. I asked why would those go in the same bag and she just said. I don't know. Where is the manager or any customer service??? They need to fix this. Panda in Idaho falls is amazing! Rexburg is ridiculous!
