AMAZING service! Wasn't able to get through for a delivery order on phone or DoorDash, messaged them on IG and got a timely response and was able to place an order for pickup. So helpful and responsive, thank you!

I had such a bizarre experience there. The girl refused to call her manager to help figure out a gift card situation. When she did figure it out she tried charging sales tax on the gift card purchase and again refused to call anyone for help. She was extremely awkward and rude- we waited over 15 minutes for her to figure it out all while my newborn was crying ?

We usually love these donuts. They are usually soft and pillowy. Today we got a dozen and they were all dark, hard, and crispy, not stale but crunchy. Very disappointed when we got home. Customer service was also not great. The girl seemed annoyed and wasn’t very welcoming. I’ve read reviews from the past 12 months and they’re very similar to this review. The store comments and promises to look into it but, it seems nothing has changed in a year

I really want to love this place but every time I have come, I’ve been disappointed. The staff don’t engage very well, they take forever to come to the front of shop after I enter, they consistently forget a donut, and today when asking about a veteran discount the staff member just responded that she didn’t know if they did one, and didn’t even try to find out after like most shops would. The donuts are pretty small for the price they charge which would be fine if they were extraordinary, but they are rather mediocre and stale.
