This Pizza Hut location is TERRIBLE!!! Stopped in Rexburg Idaho for the night on a road trip to Colorado. Tired from driving all day. Called in from hotel for delivery and ordered a VEGGIE LOVER'S pizza with onions only on half and jalapenos on the entire pizza. Paid over phone with card. Order arrived and we tipped driver with cash. Opened the box of pizza and it was loaded with ham, pepperoni, salami, and sausage :(Only half with onions and all with jalapeños though, so I guess they got that part correct. We could only eat 1 piece because the entire center was so soggy it tasted like raw dough. Especially after I had to pick through and get all the meat off! Since it was delivered, I called the Pizza Hut right away and asked them for a refund of the pizza, since we ordered breadsticks as well. I was assured they would refund my card. She didn't seem apologetic or surprised.Here we are 3 days later, charged for the full amount of the terrible and incorrect order but no refund for the pizza. I do not recommend this place if you want pizza delivered!!

Ordered a pizza around 7. Said it would be ready by 7:35. At 8:15, after waiting all the time.. still not ready. Employees are goofing off rather than prioritizing getting orders out the door. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Absolutely grossest bathroom I’ve ever seen. Makes me feel gross having these workers making my food. You can tell the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in at least 2 months with how much buildup is all over the toilet and the floor. There’s gross buildup all around the toilet. I’d rather go in a portapotty than this bathroom ever again. So gross. I was going to add pictures but it’s too gross.

They don’t tell you door dash is the delivery driver. It took over 30 minutes to get the pizza after it left Pizza Hut. We live less than 3 miles. The bread sticks were horrible. I called them and got no where. Well half my family got to eat the rest had to leave for an event, hope there was food there.

Super busy night, things were moving slow, but no one out-pizza's the hut! I ordered some fries because I needed something cheap and I was blown away by how good they were. These guys have the best fries in the business (of fast food.) The pizza is great and the workers are honest and hard working. It's a small store but it's packing big pizza.

Worst service I've ever experienced in my life and I consider myself quite patient having worked in the food industry myself as a server. I placed an order online for pickup and the app said it would be a 35 minute wait. I get to the store to pick it up and it shows on the wall that it is still being made and estimated wait time is another 30 minutes. Finally, after watching only 2 employees run around with no real system in complete chaos trying to keep up with orders an hour and 15 minutes later, I get my pizza. When I get home one of the melts isn't even what we ordered to begin with. I have always loved pizza hut pizza the most but it will never again be worth the chance that I could get that kind of service repeated. They lost a long-time customer last night for sure!!
