I havent had subway at this location before. The drive thru is a little confusing, but the customer service made it worth it. There were a lot of customers at once but the employee Nikki, was efficient, made me feel seen, and was super kind. The sandwich was made perfectly as well. I can't praise Nikki enough, she made the whole experience 10x better. I will definitely return in the future.

I have had my order messed up so many times here that I have actually started ordering at the other one in town. I am not a huge fan of whole wheat bread and they manage to mix up which sandwich has which every time. This last time I ordered they ran out of the cheese we like to order and the soda was flat and the sandwiches were all messed up. I know they are understaffed, but I wish the few staff they had knew how to read. Also my husband went back and they were closing 2 hours early for some reason. So the last time we went to that subway was a doozy. Maybe consider going to the other 3 in town…

I generally enjoy Subway, however my experience here was poor. The building looks clean and maintained until you go by the drive thru. The menu is in poor condition and doesn’t offer all they have on their menu (i.e. no kids menu). I waited at the menu station for about half a minute without anyone offering to take my order. Confused, I crept forward to a part of the drive thru which had a bunch of speakers. No sound. I wondered if this location was closed, and so drove up to the window bay. The restaurant was nearly empty, save for two employees I could see. I apologized and offered to go around, but the employee was kind enough to take my order. I started to give our order, but only managed to describe the first sandwich before she left the window. When she came back I said I had more, and gave the second sandwich order, which she then left AGAIN. When she eventually returned I explained I had one other, and only then did she ask how many I wanted. I was not told the total, nor given a receipt or napkins. All in all I was more amused than angry, however I probably won’t be visiting this location again.

We showed up at 8:30, the lights were off so we checked their hours and the lobby hours in the front say they were open 7-10 (we went on a Saturday). Paid hardly any attention to us and you could tell we weren’t wanted there. We got our food and then at 9 they asked us to leave because the lobby was closed. When bringing up that the sign said the lobby was open until 10 he answered that that was only for drive thru. I’ve never been asked to leave a restaurant before even if we were there a little after closing. We were still eating. Poor customer service.

A uniquely good experience at subway. Typically subway staff are much to slow in prepping sandwiches causing a painful line. But here, the staff were quick and polite and knew exactly the right proportions! Kudos

I’ve been here twice and both times they’ve toasted my sandwich when I asked them not to. They’ve also left off some of the veggies.
Amazing and friendly employees and always has the best quality of food! They also have super quick food service! This subway is the best one in Rexburg and makes me want to come back each week! Always super clean and is super cozy lookin! Keep up the good work y’all!

Good subs, average prices. Coca-Cola and Pepsi drinks and usually some health drinks and energy drinks.Sun chips, doritos, and cookies are also a common side at subways.

Best subway i've been too. I come here sometimes in the morning right after work and they've always been open and friendly. They get my orders right and the sandwiches are made like they should be. Good job subway
