This location is awful all the away around! The worker that made our sandwhiches was rude , he hardly put enough meat on them and when we asked for extra anything he said he isn’t aloud to add more , that’s all we could have! Never going to this location again!

Watch 3 of the employees play on their phones as I waited to order watching them. Once they noticed me it was a game of not it, as they decided to help me. Several people waited behind me. The one individual had to go back and tell the other employees to help her. I’m a patient person just felt like there was no service.

Ordered 2 sandwiches. Both were made very wrong. Not one thing was right on the sandwiches. We then called and the guy that answered was completely rude. Said they had no stock and that we get what we get. If there is not enough stock to make sandwiches then the business should close for the evening or until they do. Upsetting customers with the wrong things then being rude when called out is terrible business practice!!

The staff was super rude and when I asked them to put lettuce on my sandwich they barely put a pinch. They were super low on all their ingredients. Then for the next person in line, they went and got a new tray of lettuce and put a normal amount on theirs and then when I paid they threw the sandwich at me. I get it if I was rude but I didn’t even say anything. They made me nervous to ask for just salt and pepper on my sandwich because I was nervous they were going to yell at me or make a rude comment. Also, the bread was super stale.

Rudest staff I've seen in my life. The guy that helped us was so mean. We were even scared to ask him to put more lettuce on my sandwich. He threw my sandwich at me at the end. They weren't friendly at all. They kind of ruined my whole day for how they treated me. Do not go there! There's another subway in Rexburg with better staff and it's not that far. It's worth the extra miles.

Okay, it may not be five stars for other places, but for a subway in Rexburg, it's the best one! I have had to survive off of this one for pregnancy cravings because sandwiches are not exactly pregnancy friendly and toasted is the only way I can have them. I've had the other subways' in town and NASTY! Seriously...one even made me sick. So if you want subway, this is the one you want. Just trust the pregnant lady

Unfortunately it's not good. I went I t here, got my sandwich, asked for a little sause. The guy says he's out so he has to go grab some. For some reason he brings out the entire Buffalo sause container and dumps like 3 cups of it on my sandwich. Why didn't he just put it in a botrecommend. Then he says "woah I guess your mouth is gonna burn up with all those Buffalo haha" Would not recommend.
