I have been here 3 times and every time was awful. The only good thing I have had here are the bottomless lemonades. I have tried steak, ribs, and all of the smoked meats. All of the meats were dry and tasteless. This most recent time, I got the baby back ribs, and they were definitely not fall off the bone as they claim to be in the menu. They were burned, dry, and cold. While the food is bad, the service is worse. It took at least 30 minutes to receive food each time I came, and the waitress came to the table only once to check on us and get drink refills (our party was there for about 2 hours). This is probably the worst dining experience I have had in Rexburg.

This is a such a great place to eat, we discovered it while visiting our daughter at school. Portions are huge, so I think next time we will end up sharing a meal. Their mixed drinks are also really really good. We will definitely go back the next time we are in the Burg!!!Parking: It’s located in a busy strip mall type area and it was lunch time so most parking spots were taken but we were able to find one.

It use to be a good place to eat. My family, friends and I went there not too long ago and the food wasn’t the best. One of the orders was a medium well done steak and it was raw. We asked for it to be remade and it was still raw. Another order the chicken was very dry. Service was good but we’ve decided to not go back.

SOUTHERNERS BEWAREDear reader of this review,I want to issue a cautionary tale of disappointment. I am a native Texan so you can consider this bias, prejudice, or even straight up malicious intent. THIS IS THE WORST EXCUSE FOR BARBECUE I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF TASTING. The pulled pork was very soggy. The baked beans were an overpowering and grainy mess. The brisket was tough and dry. I have no clue how this place keeps the lights on. I hope you have read this and have a little bit more of a realistic expectation for your visit to this restaurant. The only redeeming aspect of this place is the friendly service.

Rib tips and pulled pork were not too sweet but sufficient to balance spice. I will DEFINITELY order again.Parking: Small spaces and always full. Dont drive your truck. Forget the long bed.

I have had the Pedro wrap 3 times. The first time is was great. The second time was ok and last night it was so disgusting I couldn’t even begin to eat it. 1st time the ingredients shined and blended together perfectly. The 2nd time, the nacho sauce was a little heavy. Last night it was mostly meat, cheese sauce non existent, avocado was minimal. The tortilla wrap was perfectly crisp and a tasty part of the meal for the first time. The 2nd time it was to dry. Last night the wrap was not cooked. The outside was super oily in spots and dry in others. I could not pick it up with my hands because my hands would get covered with oil. Very disappointing.

This place was good 3 years ago but not anymore. The servers are great its just the food quality. I'm not sure if they are trying to cut corners and use cheaper options for their ingredients but there are better places to eat. My wife ordered a pizza from them and it looked like someone dumped a whole jar of Prego sauce on crust and threw it in the oven for maybe two minutes. The cheese hadn't been melted enough either and it was covered in oil. Our waiter was willing to take it back but at that point getting it so wrong made us wonder if it was even worth it so we just left it. I have been let down time and time again so we have chosen to eat elsewhere.

The driest steak I've ever had. The chairs literally hurt to sit in. Cafeteria like decor. Just bad. Update 09/23. Well it looks slightly better.......?

Honestly just not really my thing. I liked the appetizers, but the main was not the best. I had a NY steak. There was little to no sear and it was over seasoned and drenched in what tasted like margin.Perhaps I just got the wrong thing. I'm sure this is a great place with lots of other great stuff, but it just wasn't for me. I'm sorry if the owner reads this. You all seem very nice. And I wish you the best, thank you for serving the Rexburg community. I'm excited to try something new next time and like that more :))

We drove from Idaho Falls for my sons birthday dinner (family of four). The restaurant was clean and inviting. The service was good, our waiter was very kind and attentive! As for the food, i was not impressed. My son and I both ordered ribs, only to be told they were out! They were out of ribs at 6:00pm on a Tuesday!! So we opted for burnt ends. He got the stacker and I got the one meat player. To say it was over cooked would be an understatement! It had the texture of pot roast that had been cooking for five days. It was hard and tough like jerky. We ordered some chicken wings as an appatiser, they were burnt! Not like a good smokey char, but burned over an open flame! The sauce had good flavor, but it looked to have been drizzled on, when I think tossing it in a bowl, throughly coating them would have maybe saved the dish. My Mac n cheese was cold and tasted like sour cream. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. We will not be going back.
