This place is amazing! Me and my friends always go. The only downside is when it comes to the 40% off on Fridays nights. Multiple times I have been told it’s not real or have received ugly looks when I ask about it. I have had multiple friends also bring the up the same facts as well, so it’s not an individual experience.

My smoothie was ready but they didn’t even put the lid on and put it on the mobile order spot for 10 mins cause they were working on other smoothies. Terrible if a smoothie is ready send it out don’t make other smoothies

So good! I got the beach bum smoothie with white chocolate and my friends and I love this place! I would give it 5 stars but sometimes it does take a while. The last time I came it took almost 20 minutes for one smoothie and no one was in front of me in line, however the smoothie was delicious so it was definitely worth the wait. They also have great deals too to make it more affordable:)

Little did I know, I was about to embark on a journey of utter disappointment.First off, the "tropical" vibe? More like a tropical storm of chaos. The place was as organized as my bedroom during finals week. And the noise level? I've heard quieter rock concerts.Now, let's talk about the smoothies. I ordered the "Totally Tropical Turmoil" or something like that. I was expecting a blissful blend of exotic fruits, a veritable paradise in a cup. What I got was a lukewarm concoction that tasted suspiciously like yesterday's fruit salad. The "fresh" fruits must have taken the scenic route from the tropics.And don't even get me started on the wait time. I could have grown and harvested my own tropical fruits in the time it took them to blend some fruit and ice together. Seriously, I've seen glaciers move faster.The only "smooth" thing about the Tropical Smoothie Cafe was the exit door, which thankfully, worked perfectly. So, if you're a teenager looking for a smoothie fix, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is a tropical illusion!Would I go back? Only if I wanted to study the effects of time dilation in real life.Wheelchair accessibility: BBC (Big Brawler Colby) was able to access this building in his wheelchair since he obliterated his entire leg, so that was a W no cap cizzy
