I rarely leave reviews, but I was so impressed with the service tonight, I wanted to let you know. Thank you to the very patient person on the other end of the intercom taking orders from a carload of indecisive kids. Our server was so cheerful and helpful when we pulled up and received our order—it changed the mood in our car. I believe the name tag was Britton. I hope we always get that window!

These people were very rude and just kept refusing to talk to me.. they would not give me a 1-800- number or anything to fix the issue or even help someone the manager even threw something in the back of the house.. I wanted to ask for a 800 number or an owner name but they refused.. in my opinion there should be no violence in the workplace.. I was actually going to say something good until he and another guy were sooooooo rude ...they would not even let me finish a sentence kept cutting me off... I'm just surprised that people are not cutious anymore.. if you can't be polite you should not be a manager or throw things either..I have lots of family and friends that will hear about this and will not be coming back to any Wendy's because of this rude and violent behavior

It's a Wendy's, pretty basic for the chain, cheap and decent. Just what I asked for. they were very fast but forgot the tomato on my sandwich but gave me some as soon as I asked, so 4/5 on my expectations as a whole.
Always gotta get the frosty. I enjoy that they try to do limited edition flavors and their food is decent but I think their prices are way too high for what you get.

It’s generally really good here, but the last time I went the lady taking orders inside was talking so quiet was almost impossible to hear her, and sounded very annoyed that I couldn’t hear her. She was also very disrespectful in the way she greeted me. The food was great like it always is though.

This is the third time now that I’ve ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato from this location in the drive through and have instead gotten a chive baked potato. No sour cream anywhere to be found in the bag. No butter either even though I explicitly asked for it

(The manager, I assume) she is genuinely so nice and friendly. I mean, the service is usually mediocre. It’s fast food, what do you expect? But the lady who helped me was very helpful.
Christine took my order in the lobby and was very helpful! She had a very positive and cheerful attitude! My order was made quick and was good quality!

If I could give this location less than one star I would. We stopped eating here because they always messed up the order. Ray said he would "send coupons" that never happened. In the beginning od this year we tried again. Today they messed up again with two attempts to make it right. Made me late for work. Then when my husband called to talk to the manager "Ray" stated "seems like you always have a wrong order." We wouldn't have wrong food if it was made correctly the first time. Not only did "Ray" lie about coupons he also made it seem like we wanted something. I just want my food made correctly when prices are high everywhere. We will never support the local Wendy's again. This was a terrible experience not just because of the food but because the owner was completely unprofessional.

This place is an excellent place to go to. I had a friend who had severe learning disabilities who was with me, and they were very kind and understanding towards my friend's limitations. I am grateful to the crew for being understanding.
