I went to Sandpoint Jack in the box a couple of days ago around 4 or 5 pm I ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers with must pickle Xtra onions & mayo !! I got down the road & neither had onions or mayo & they were both very cold II was way to tired to go back !! So I probably won't ever return !!

This Jack in the box takes the Fast out of Fast Food. I’ve been waiting in one spot (second) in the drive thru for 15 min now… The truck in front of me has 6 people, but I am pushed out of the way in the reverse situation to wait for my food to be brought to me often enough, I’m extra annoyed.It took 20 minutes. And this isn’t the first time it’s taken an extraordinary amount of time at this location.

Chicken sandwich was amazing ..Jack's favorite. Bacon cheese was greesey and the ff were horrible. But curly ff were great....smoking at entrance door upon entering not nice of employees...bathrooms were not kept up . Gross..overall I give a 2 star ....but employees are nice n helpful ...

6:30 p.m. on a Sunday and the staff is so drunk that they forgot to put Patty's on my burgers, forgot my fries and gave me the wrong burgers anyways. I went back and asked for my order to get corrected and it ended up with bad attitudes and burgers I was afraid to eat. $20 wasted. Also the lobby was closed.

Not the first time but definitely the last time! Went to the drive-thru and paid for what was ordered ($35) and didn't get what was ordered. Called to advise of the issue and no one will answer the phone. Save your money, next time I'm going to

You're drive through employee needs to be more respectful in her customer service approachment . She delivered attitude instead of service when we asked her to wait for us to decide after she pushed 3x for us to order . We then experienced her stating "you don't have to get short with me" when we asked politely. Get control of your employees.

Their website says they're open at 6 a.m., they were not open at 6:45 a.m. and I made a special trip to go there as opposed to somewhere else. Guess I will always continue to go somewhere else

This place charges more than their menu shows and when questioned about it their manager Chris gives attitude. Unprofessional and knows they can get away with it because per Chris their owner doesn't care. What happened to customer value?

More than half of my order was wrong and we received old stale cold fries ? I tried to go in and ask for my order to be fixed and the doors were locked in the middle of the day when they advertised being “open” so I went back through the drive through and the young man at the window tried to fix the order and gave us our food but insisted there was nothing that could be done about our fries unless we purchased new fries so we did…paid twice for a meal that overall was disappointing…will not go back….this is not the first time our food has come out and not even been worth the 3 measly dollars for the fries…dissatisfied customer.
