The crew at the Star Cafe Rio really knocked it out of the park today! They were super friendly and showed great care and pride in making our food. I got a steak burrito and my wife got a pulled pork tostada, both were excellent and huge portions! The staff went out of their way to make sure our visit was fun, fast, and memorable. I have not received this level of service from expensive, fine dining restaurants. If you want a 5 star experience, delicious food, at a fair price, this is the best place in town! (And better than anything we have visited in the surrounding areas too) We also received our meals extremely fast which was important to us today. Thanks for making our day!

Horrible experience. I arrived at the time they said to arrive. Waited 20 minutes. They completely messed up my order. Ordered steak quesadilla. They gave me chicken. I called customer service line. Was told i would get $25 credit on phone app. ZERO CREDIT applied. These guys are dishonest and dont run a tight ship. STAY AWAY.

We used to love this place for takeout, but no more. For the last two orders, it's gone downhill fast. Missing desserts and side orders. When I caught the mistakes, they questioned what was missing and I had to make them read the receipt. Today, hardly any meat on the tacos and what was there, was burnt. No lettuce or pico de gallo on any of them, or on the side.

Just spent almost $30 on 2 taco plates and this is what u get. I'm done coming here. Too long of waits and food quality is trash. I'll be going to Costa vida insteadThe rice and beans were also ice cold. I think they didn't make it good because I didn't tip on the already almost $30 tacos because I have to use the tip money to put in my gas tank as it takes forever to get thru the drive thru w no one in front of me

I love cafe rio but this location has a lot to work on. Staff is always slow and running behind. Only person in the drive thru and it takes 15+ minutes to get my food.Food has been hit or miss the 5 times I’ve been here since it’s opening. Hard rice or incorrect order has been the issue.I hope they figure it out soon

I absolutely appreciate this particular location due to the enthusiasm of the employees. This location is a tough one, our local residents are extremely entitled and don't treat service staff with respect overall. These people at this restaurant are rockstars. Of course, the food is amazing and very fresh. This is a very new place and running very well ?Vegetarian options: Beans, rice and beautiful fresh veggiesKid-friendliness: Very friendly environment for families with children of any age

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered one quesadilla with no pico. Got only pico. Ordered one tortilla soup. Received no strips, cilantro or lime. Ordered chips and queso. Received the chips…and a second soup.
