I called to order pizza but they put me on hold for 10 minutes, I made an order and said that I would be there in 40 minutes, but when I arrived I had to wait another 10-12 minutes. But the worst thing is the pizza itself, we ordered 4 different ones and none of them were tasty.
When my husband went to the store in Star Idaho to pick up our order the storefront was empty. He first yelled out hello, then screamed and it took at least 5 minutes for someone to finally come to assist him. Then when he came home I opened the pizza and it was not fully cooked. I put it back into a hot oven for about 10 minutes for the dough to be brown and crisp. Not good and I am bummed since I love Pizza Hut pizza.

First time ordering delivery from hereShowed up on time, actually quicker than stated.Pizza crust fell apart at the crust portion. Almost completely separated, but the cheese kinda held it together.Never had this happen before. Also wasn't cooked thoroughly.Other than that. It was okay. I'll try dine in next time.

The pizza took just under an hour to be delivered. It was not really even warm at that point in time. Is it just me or has the original pan crust turned into the same as hand tossed?

The quality of ingredients, temperature and overall quality lack the basic ability to surpass a grocery store frozen pizza. I have tried this location a few times. The quality seems to go down each time.
Meh, pizzas were overcooked, barely any sauce or cheese. 2 Lousy, dry, pathetic pizzas for $30. Better off going down the road and spend an extra $5 for a decent pizza that to be disappointed.I definitely won't be back

Placed an online pickup order and went inside the store well after the expected timeframe (20+ minutes). Stood at the counter for a good 6 minutes until I had to walk to the left and let one of the employees know I was there. Employee made a snarky "I'll be there" comment like he hated his job. Keep in mind there were also two other customers waiting behind me so I had to either say something or else all three of us would just be sitting there staring into the abyss. If you're busy or short staffed, just let the customer know proactively instead of leaving us hanging.

I asked if they had any specials and was told “no.” (I’ve never heard of a pizza place not having any specials.) then the person who took my order didn’t know how to take a payment over the phone and left me on hold for 15 minutes while he was getting the manager. Eventually I hung up and called back.After processing my payment they got off the phone quickly and I don’t remember them telling me how long it would be before my order was delivered. An hour later I called back to ask about the status of our order. I was told that my pizza was out for delivery. I live no more than 15 minutes from the store, after 20 minutes with still no pizza, I tried to call back again and they picked up and immediately hung up on me. I called back again and they picked up and immediately put me on hold without even saying hello.I think this is the first negative review I have ever left on Google. If you are under staffed or you messed up and forgot something, just own up to it.When our pizza was finally delivered, it was barely warm, and I’ve had frozen pizzas that tasted better than this.I won’t be back as a customer any time soon.
