Proof is a great addition to Star we love the food and happy hour specials the only issue the last couple times we have been in the drinks have gone down hill, short pours and got rid of most of the original amazing cocktails. I also miss all the fantastic bar tended that used to work there and made strong drinks. I’ll give the drinks another couple chances or ill just have to stick to beer or go next door to rustic table has strong cocktails.
