I came to Twin Falls for and overnight girls trip, and we stayed at the Holiday Inn on Fillmore. We are both very careful to eat clean and healthy, and when we saw 4 Roots access the street we decided to give it a try. It is AMAZING. We ended up eating all our meals there! Fresh, delicious food, great service, sweet employees, and great atmosphere. I also thought the prices were good. Highly recommend!

Consistency is a key area that could greatly enhance this place. From the unpredictable fluctuation in their operating hours to the varying flavors and textures of the smoothies and food, it creates uncertainty for customers. Whether it's the uncertainty of arriving to find changed hours or the unpredictability of encountering a smoothie with a date seed included. I order the same smoothie fairly frequently, every time it is different. While they once served delightful zucchini brownies, it's evident that the current quality has declined, possibly due to being sourced from the freezer. As everywhere, their prices have gone up.It's a business I want to support, especially since it's allergy-friendly, and better quality (ish). However, considering the cost, quality, and quantity received, if there were alternative options available, this place would not be my first choice. It has SO much potential, but seems to lack something to make it thrive.

Anytime we drive near Twin Falls we stop to eat. We have zero options for a fully gluten free place near where we live. We love that it's so easy to get gluten and dairy free items here!!! It honestly makes us question moving closer.

Don’t get the chili!! Within 30 minutes, I had projectile vomiting and massive diarrhea. I called and got an I’m sorry, but not sure they took me seriously. This was my first bad experience, but it was REALLY bad.

Amazing menu, really tasty açai bowls, and great service. Only reason not a 5 star is they use plastic takeout containers and there wasn't an option for eating in. If they switched to compostable paper bowls, would revise my rating.
Amazing food! One of the very few places in Twin Falls you can get a good meal with great flavor! Also a plus knowing the food is fresh and on the healthy side of the fence.

Stopping through Twin Falls and it's the best juice, avocado toast, bullet coffee I've had in a long time. Tempted to come back to Twin Falls just for this place. Highly recommend

We decided to come here while visiting Twin Falls after a recommendation from a friend. The inside was cute and had a good vibe. We got the avocado toast and two smoothies. The toast was super tasty. I didn't loveee the smoothie but I can't eat banana so I had to get one without it which is not the typical smoothie combo. The service was quick

As someone who on a path to heal my body of an autoimmune disease with food, 4 roots has become a common break spot for me. Lots of healthy delicious food options! The staff has always been very friendly and I haven't had a bad experience yet. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Great work 4 Roots team!
